- Logistics department: for advice regarding inventory, and supply details, inventory in stock.

- Finance department: requesting invoices and supplier payment and approvals to scan it and sent it to suppliers.

- Factory: communicating the job orders details for producing requested product

- Design department: explaining the customized designs for the private mode clients so that they can work on it.
