  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering roles

  • Degree Educated BSc Quantity Surveying only – Western University
  • CV must show stability and loyalty as the client won’t entertain 5 Job moves in 10 Years regardless of reasons
  • Understand its a 6 day working week straight

Job Description

The right candidate will be responsible for:
  • Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market
  • Responsible for the product development, accessibility, launches and insight of Haemophilia franchise across the region
  • Evaluate and analyse key competitor’s activities including communications, product development, pricing, overall strategy and exact marketing programs

  • Establishes cross-functional teams where appropriate and interface with regional and country stakeholders through effective matrix management
  • Identifies, develops and manages effective relationships with customers, which have regional reach, and ensures that Sobi is positioned as a leading, innovative and ethical provider of health care solutions
  • Provide local insights and brand feedback to regional and global teams
  • Develop marketing campaigns in cooperation with global brand management team.

The Role: The Commodity Insights Commercial and CX Graduate Program journey begins with an intensive 5-week onboarding in our London office.

The 3-months thereafter will be part of the EMEA Client Services Team, focusing on building a foundational knowledge of the commodity markets, developing essential business-related skills while learning about various Commodity Insights (CI) data, research and analytical products. At Client Services, you would be a primary contact for clients, providing solutions to their requests in a timely, professional and courteous manner and providing training on CI products through WebEx and onsite visits.

The program will consist of rotations to client services, sales, channel management and marketing functions. This will enable each graduate to gain a holistic perspective of the business. Combined with on-the-job learning, graduates must complete and pass certification milestones along with a rigorous evaluation process that will test and stretch their skills and capabilities. As you progress though the program, you will have the opportunity to support the sales team and ultimately generate additional revenue that helps to grow our business.

You will join as a member of a cohort of Commercial and CX Associates. Here, you will be introduced to world-class experts in various commodities including former chief economists, traders and risk managers. They will give presentations about how commodity markets work and provide insightful perspectives on global economic, political, technological and legal issues linked to their specializations. You will also be enrolled in an e-learning curriculum, providing foundational knowledge about the technical aspects of various commodities and market.

Within weeks you will have the opportunity to present topics to senior management and to get constructive feedback on your progress. Throughout the program you will learn how to use tools including CI-Platts products, Excel add-ins and CRM systems.
You will be challenged on a daily basis with a steep learning curve. You will get the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including governments, investment banks, commodity trading houses, major oil and gas companies, hedge funds and industry and get to be part of a large energetic and international team with fantastic opportunities for growth.

Career paths after the 18-month initial phase of the program include:

Responsibilities:
  • Help clients understand how to navigate and extract useful data from the S&P Global Commodity Insights product range.
  • Liaise with the content, commercial and technical teams to address any client queries and ensure our data is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients for face-to-face/WebEx training (this will apply towards the later stages of development once fully fluent and certified on the product range).
  • Conduct research about important issues at the forefront of energy and commodity markets and present this to colleagues.
  • Support sales teams with research and proposals.
  • Build account overviews and plans to support strategic sales teams.
  • Design data-driven models and templates for clients.
  • Create marketing materials for commercial culture initiatives and future graduate cohorts.
  • Getting involved in special project initiatives where determined necessary by management.

Requirements:
  • Ability to join a class of new hires in late February 2025.
  • Fully matriculated students maintaining a BSc or BA degree, or equivalent. Postgraduates and/or Master's degree also acceptable.
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in learning about commodity markets
  • Fluent command of English and Russian is a prerequisite.
  • All degrees welcome: however, concentration in Commercial, Business, Petroleum engineering, Geology, geophysics, or Energy/Commodity background related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong communication (good verbal skills, listening techniques, and a clear, concise writing style) and the role will involve speaking to our diverse clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. You must have good telephone manners and be comfortable presenting to large groups both in person and remotely.
  • Significant comfort level with suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Excel)
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work independently and willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks.
  • Able to learn quickly, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand importance of building strong relationships and partnering with team members.
  • Problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail & organizational abilities to work efficiently with clients.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant who can independently handle the company's accounts up to finalization. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with a landscaping company in the UAE and be well-versed in all aspects of accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
