Weekly Tasks:

• Document Management: Compile and organize documents for all Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), invoices, and related financial documents.
• Petty Cash Records: Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions and document expenditures.
• Profit Tracking: Calculate and review the profit margins for each completed job to ensure profitability.
• Debtor Follow-Up: Contact and follow up with pending debtors to secure outstanding payments.

Monthly Tasks:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports detailing the company's financial standing and status of pending accounts.
• Cost Management: Develop and propose strategies to reduce overall costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Salary Recording: Accurately record and process monthly salaries for all employees.
• Monthly Payments:Execute monthly payments for office rent, utilities, and other regular expenses.

Additional Responsibilities

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Financial Analysis: Support the Financial Officer in analyzing financial trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
