· Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.

· Develops customer relation by providing technical information and training.

· Prepares personal sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

· Contributes to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

Job Description


We are looking to recruit an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our digital workplace team. The role of the M365 technical specialist is to work closely with our operational business to support the M365 platform. You will also be responsible for M365 administration, supporting our technical support teams, training, and maintenance of the environment.

We believe this is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previously worked on technical aspects of M365 deployments at the enterprise level. This role will suit professionals looking to develop their skills within M365 and who enjoy working in a busy environment for a fast-moving global business.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the operational health of the M365 environment including availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability, reliability, and security
  • Assist in the administration and support of an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, mobile access, SharePoint (sub sites, lists, libraries, and content) etc.
  • Troubleshoot M365 related issues including connectivity and mobility when alerted by monitoring software or staff
  • Involved throughout the lifecycle of projects you will use your broad experience in Microsoft platforms and enterprise technology architecture (Azure/ M365)
  • Execute, manage, and lead users through the on-boarding technical and support process
  • Support and resolve specific user deployment issues
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 tools and keep abreast of the Microsoft roadmap and its impact to our business
  • Interact daily with IT team to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
  • Training and educating end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 processes and procedures
  • Producing dashboard reports and management information, particularly around the consumption of licenses and resources as well as user adoption of the various components

Qualifications


Technical Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a range of both technical and business focused skills and experience.

  • Deep knowledge in M365 technologies with experience of two or more of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Teams.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 for an enterprise and working as part of an IT team
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 migration activities, typically as part of projects or large programmes of work.
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience focused on the implementation and/or use of Microsoft 365 and Collaboration technologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing and supporting; OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, OneNote, Yammer, SharePoint, and Power Platform etc.
  • Experience in managing and supporting; Intune implementation, migration and administration
  • Experience of M365 management tools for example, Intune, Azure, AAD, and the other M365 management portals
  • Experience administering M365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environment
  • Experience with data sovereignty situations and options to comply
  • Experienced in providing technical support to IT teams and end-user support to individuals
  • Experience with PowerShell would be a highly desirable skill

Contract SP3D Piping Designer

MISSION:

Experienced SP3D Piping Designer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in EPC offshore fixed facilities projects. The ideal candidate will have working experience with Saudi Aramco or Qatargas standards and will be proficient in using design tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, SP3D, and Navisworks. This role requires technical expertise in piping design, 3D modeling, and the ability to manage tasks independently.

TASKS:

  • Develop detailed piping designs and 3D models using SP3D software.
  • Create and maintain technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for piping systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Saudi Aramco, Qatargas, and other relevant standards and specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks and reviews of designs and models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design calculations, material take-offs (MTOs), and technical reports.
  • Generate weight control reports for piping components and bulk materials.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using 3D modeling tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in piping design within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in EPC offshore fixed facilities.
  • Proven experience with Saudi Aramco or Qatargas standards.
  • Strong proficiency in SP3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation and Navisworks.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

Presales / Helpdesk Engineer

JOB ROLE:

Ø Educate customers, partners and the sales force on latest Oracle Hardware technologies and solutions, Oracle Software technologies including Oracle database and Database Options, Oracle Middleware technologies including Oracle Weblogic Server, Java, MySQL etc.

Ø Translating customer´s business requirements into Oracle solutions.

Ø Providing the right technical sales support, which includes;

  • Working with the Sales team and partners, to establish and understand the customers’ requirements.
  • Identifying the appropriate solutions that meet the customers’ requirements.
  • Delivering product presentations tailored to the customers’ requirements
  • Effectively communicating answers to technical queries presented by customers.

VAT Tax Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations.

Assist in tax planning and consulting for clients.

Qualifications:

Chief Accountant

The Chief Accountant will oversee the financial operations and accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, including project accounting, cost control, and financial management, with a focus on supporting the company’s growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting cash flows, monitoring budgets, and reporting on variances.
  • Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control systems, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to project budgets.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Taxation: Manage the preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial risk assessment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
