Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads from LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Pitch our online courses and programs effectively to job seekers.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • 1-Week Training and Trial:

  • This period is commission-only, requiring at least 1 sale to pass.
  • Successfully passing candidates will automatically earn 1,000 AED.
  • Additional sales during the trial week will be compensated as per the commission structure.
  • Hiring and Onboarding:
  • Candidates who make a sale during the trial week will be hired and receive an official contract to start the following week.

Senior Technical and Engineering Manager

Provides supports implementation of all technical and engineering strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing and driving engineering excellence.

Manages the Technical and Engineering function and quality of service delivery, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations.

Ensures to maintain a safe working environment within Company workplaces, and applying the Company Health & Safety Policy.

Manages the engineering team on the project site, provide directions, strategy, daily/weekly/monthly tasks and work plan for the team members.

Maintains good relationship with all project key stakeholders and the engineering team member.

Submits weekly and monthly reports for the engineering deliverables.

Increases the efficiency of the technical team performance using smart approaches.

Ensures the quality of deliverables with minimum budget for the staff.

Contributes in all important strategic decisions/ directions for project.

Strong practical experience with ability to prepare detailed method statement.

Advanced Knowledge in engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.

Excellent knowledge of material engineering properties and local/global availability of materials.

Excellent technical skills and ability to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings.

Knowledge of Project Management.

Participates in the development of the project program consistent with contracted constraints.

Contributes in the development of the PQP.

Contributes in Construction management plan CMP “Participate in the strategy, plan, coordination and execution of all major and minor project activities utilizing consultants and subcontractors coordination and technology”.

Contributes in preparing the logistic plan and submit for consultant approval.

Participates in the preparation of the mobilization plan.

Works closely with HSE manager, QAQC manager in preparing and submitting the site evacuation plan.

Works closely with HSE manager, Construction manager, and contributes in preparing/submitting of traffic management plan.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying process for fitout projects.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and claims.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement process for materials and services.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and payment certificates.
  • Provide advice on cost control, value engineering, and cost-saving measures.

Description:
