THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM



The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP . The program, which lasts for 2 months, is designed to give recent graduates the certifications and soft skills required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. At the end of the training, SAP will work very closely with the program graduates to introduce them to a host of opportunities with SAP customers and partners to work as an SAP Consultant.



SAP CONSULTANTS



The role of an SAP Consultant can be divided into 2 functions: Functional and Technical.



The consultant will contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project, and provide business process as well as functional expertise, and project guidance to our clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services will make their business the best run business.



The Consultant is also responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.



CERTIFICATE INFORMATION:



SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with built-in intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. - Candidates will preferably have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile - proof of this may be requested.

- Candidates must have a keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel;

- Candidates should be fluent in English, both written and spoken;

- The program will commence by mid August 2024 and full-time availability from 9am - 6pm from Sunday - Thursday throughout the training period is essential. The Program will last for 2 months.

- This training will take place online in a virtual live classroom format. Please ensure you have strong enough internet at home to be able to participate in this program.

    • Manage piping aspects, including Preservation Coordination and Technical Safety Lead Inspection.
    • In addition to being discipline lead act as package engineer for specific packages
    • Ensure that all activates, for which they are responsible, are carried out in conformance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements and the Project Management Plan. In particular health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care of.
    • Work with AIP operations team as well as client to ensure clear guidance and clarifications are provided with regards to scope of work and specifically for life extension activities of Piping.
    • Work with AIP operations team to assist Contractor to arrange for required condition assessment inspections by contractor and / or OEM.
    • Work with AIP Regulatory Compliance & Verification Lead and Contractors to ensure that required compliance and verification activities in areas of Piping discipline are defined and executed as required.
    • Take lead in ensuring not only Piping but AIP multidiscipline involvement in review of purchase order specifications, RFQs, vendor bid evaluations, bid clarification meetings up to clear recommendation / identification of vendor selection. It is expected that Piping Lead will prepare and maintain an engagement matrix to ensure required amount of involvement.
    • Responsible for assistance with the maintenance of the Approved Vendor List for the Project including for all disciplines. Engage with other discipline leads (Mechanical, EICT, Structural etc.) as needed.
    • Comment on the Piping including arrangement on operability, functionality, accessibility and maintainability to meet requirements in laws, regulations, class, flag and contract.
    • Responsible for IDC comments verification and approval within Piping group, shall conduct team reviews and respond to relevant TQ’s or non-conformances.
    • Prepare Piping technical philosophies, specifications, documents and drawings as required to clearly define the scope of work.
    • Monitor and review Contractor’s Piping activities and deliverables to ensure compliance with all regulatory and contract requirements. Ensure compatibility and functionality of existing and new vessel systems and equipment.
    • Participate in work pack review sessions as well as ensure that all work packs prepared by Contractor are complete in terms of scope definition in relevant areas.
    • Participate in discipline checks, design reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and any other related safety studies.
    • Report to the Construction Manager any delays in progress under his/her area of responsibility.
    • Participate in meetings and inspections as required, worldwide.
    • Coordinate Lessons Learned input to AIP Project Management Team.
    • Close assigned Technical Query (TQ) and other Action Tracker items in PIMS or formal MOM.
    • Collaborate closely with other key disciplines in the Project Management Team. Call off assistance from discipline resources within area of responsibility as needed in order to keep quality and progress.
    • Review documentation according to Document Distribution Matrix.
    • Act as discipline lead within the Project Management Team for the work scope of Piping & Layout discipline.

    • Liaison and monitor daily construction activities (fabrication, installation, testing activies, insulation etc) with subcontractors/vendor at shipyard.
    • Other roles (and role descriptions) as and when required.

    Qualifications and Experience
    • Technical education on bachelor level or higher within working area.
    • Minimum 15 years’ experience within working area.
    • Recent experience of working on FPSO.
    • Recent experience of working on similar role on UK North Sea projects will be an advantage.
    • Recent relevant experience in middle east / south east Asian shipyards is an advantage.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

To ensure uninterrupted supply of materials without delay to various users of the organization.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· To maintain monthly inventory level in store on quarterly basis

· To make sure that stock ledger and stock report are reconciled and stock report must match with physical inventory.

· To maintain minimum order level of stock and make sure that new orders are placed on time.

· To make sure that new order receipts must be recorded in the system and material quality and quantity should be as per LPO.

· To maintain and inform operations for non -moving items on semi-annually.

· To maintain and make sure that slow moving items are segregated and keep the minimum level of stock

· Materials should be issued as per the BOQ quantity and proper track of BOQ of all the projects should be maintained (Operations must provide BOQ from all departments to control material cost).

What we expect

We are looking for a technically strong credit risk consultant with global exposure to strengthen our team:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services and /or banking industry

(risk management, credit risk)

  • Hands-on experience in credit risk model building and/or validation (i.e., beyond audit or review

activities). Experience in IRB and/or IFRS9 models is a must.

  • Experience in programming languages and data structures such as SAS, Python, R, MATLAB, etc.
  • Familiarity with local and relevant international regulations in financial services
  • Strong analytical skills and a quantitative background with an application to risk management in

banking

  • Additionally, experience in ICAAP/ILAAP, risk appetite/limiting, stress testing, capital

management, recovery/resolution, strategic planning and/or pricing, etc. as an advantage

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong academics with quantitative background so a master’s degree in the relevant field is a

must.

  • Fluent English.

We are currently looking for a Consultant in Physical Medicine / Rehabilitation for the Dubai location.

As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to individuals with physical disabilities or injuries. You will work closely with patients to assess their condition, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and support. This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a significant impact in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.


In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their level of physical function and limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to provide comprehensive care
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of treatment plans, including prescribing therapies, medications, and assistive devices
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition and offer guidance on self-care and home exercises
  • Document and maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay current with new research and best practices in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:


  • Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According To The Qualification Equivalence Tables Of The SCFHS.
  • MBBS / Medical degree from an accredited university
  • Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • 03 to 05 years of experience
  • Current state medical license
