Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses.

  • Give the proper time break depending on the plan in progress.

  • For each item, follow the relate dine organization sheet
  • Anticipate the line preparation with Maintenance to minimize the line setting timing
  • Control PM and FG transactions between filling & packing and stores

QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • Follow all SOP related to production
  • Record at proper time on proper format with 0 mistake all required information
  • Ensure all machines and equipment are cleaned, filling & acking area organized at any time
  • Ensure any person working or entering the filling & packing area are following GMP
  • Conduct regular quality control check-up inline
  • Report immediately to Manager & QC department any quality issue

Purchase Officer

GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Purchase Officer will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Purchase Officer will be reporting directly to the Procurement & Logistics Manager.

Your Tasks

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, receipts of materials, releasing materials, approvals on materials movements.

  • Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system.
  • Sending of project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.

  • Controlling the consumables.

  • Proper monitoring of tools in and out.

  • Procurement of materials and negotiating suppliers.

  • Negotiation of contracts and services as required by procurement department and/or Egypt office management.
