Job Description

  • Responsible for acquiring preferred HNI & UHNI clients.
  • Look to always enhance his/her Capital Markets Knowledge through continuous self-learning and training provided by the company.
  • Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed effectively via telephone or in-person in such a way as to justify the value of the “Premium” service.

Responsibilities:

Positive reaction with all administrative regulations and their updates, expressing own viewpoint of these regulations, participating in proposals for development, attending meetings, submitting reports in accordance with administrative procedures in force.
Supervising execution of all MEP work according to contract documents including, but not limited to (checking work, reviewing and approving all material and shop drawings, deciding on change order …etc). It is to be noted that the supervising engineer is solely responsible for the quality of MEP work being executed and shall request technical support from Senior Engineers if necessary in coordination with the Project Manager.
Full coordination with other trades for all works under the management and directives of the Project Manager.
Preparing necessary technical and financial reports and submitting them to the Project Manager.
Submitting periodic reports to Senior Engineers on work progress and lessons learned.
Coordinating with the Testing and Commissioning Engineer regarding material approval and commissioning tests.
Supervising site supervisors and evaluating their work.

 
Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum total experience of 8 years
Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE

Key Accountabilities: • Administers and supports Office 365 environment, including MS Exchange and Active Directory related functions. • Develops scripts (PowerShell, etc.) for consistent and secure execution of common administrative tasks. • Uses a programming language such as Java, PHP, Perl, JavaScript, etc. to develop IDM functionality, including such things as provisioning, password synchronization, account management and custom solutions. • Administers and configures LDAP servers and development of custom LDAP search filters/queries. • Procuring server equipment and managing subcontractors involved with server installation. • Implementation of server level policies. • Periodic maintenance of server operating system, file server, E-mail server. • Develops and maintains role-based identity management solutions. • Design, implementation, and support of all servers. • Maintains server uptime through use of various monitoring, reporting, and alerting solutions. • Works with other technical support staff to resolve user issues, schedule downtime for updates, patches, etc. • Raises issues if specifications, architecture or implementation strategies will lead to quality or system performance issues or problems. • Participates in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews and contributes to ongoing project estimates, scheduling, test plans and code reviews. • . Maintains the backup system infrastructure, improves backup system performance, and develops new enhancements and services. • Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis of the backup and storage infrastructure. • Following strict operational procedures, creating operational procedures where gaps are identified. • Perform any other duties assigned by Department Head.

Overview:

Mazaya International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller and Draftsman to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience and a degree in Civil Engineering. This role involves managing project documentation, producing technical drawings, and performing various civil engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Control:

  • Manage and control all project documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, maintained, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission and receipt of documents.
  • Maintain document control registers and logs.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and project standards.
  • Perform regular audits on documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The role
We are currently seeking for Mechanical Engineer to support major projects across the Infrastructure and Energy business line. With demonstrated experience and commercial understanding, you will play a key role in:
  • Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, fire suppression, and other related systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate mechanical equipment such as chillers, pumps, fans, boilers, and other machinery required for the airport's operation, considering factors like energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that contractors adhere to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

The role
We are currently seeking for Mechanical Engineer to support major projects across the Infrastructure and Energy business line. With demonstrated experience and commercial understanding, you will play a key role in:
  • Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, fire suppression, and other related systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate mechanical equipment such as chillers, pumps, fans, boilers, and other machinery required for the airport's operation, considering factors like energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that contractors adhere to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical installations to verify their functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • A professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience is required in mechanical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects or large-scale facilities.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software for drafting and design.

Mechanics Workshop Specialist/Site Manager (Super Puma)

Job Description:

The mechanic and mechanical components workshop Engineer mission represented in the following

  • Provides maintenance support for the RSNF technicians at the intermediate levels for mechanical and hydraulic components.
  • Provide on-the-job training for RSNF technicians in intermediary and organizational levels for mechanical and hydraulic components.
  • Train and qualify technicians in the field of quality assurance in their specialty field.
  • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checks out, diagnoses, troubleshoots, isolates and repairs any malfunction related to mechanics components fitted on Super Puma aircraft.
  • Prepare and maintain all records related to maintenance and edit required reports related to the status of mechanics components maintenance.
  • Reads and interprets drawings and technical manuals.
  • Provide OJT for the RSNF technicians in advanced maintenance for mechanical components.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.
