Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to introduce and add new fish shops to our app. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for building relationships. You will play a critical role in expanding our business and ensuring our app becomes the go-to platform for seafood in the region.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential fish shops in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
· Present and demonstrate the benefits of our app to shop owners and managers.
· Onboard new fish shops to our app, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively.
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new shop partners.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
· Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing app adoption.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the food or technology industry.
· Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with Dubai and the Northern Emirates market.
· Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
· Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
