Commercial Manager - Abu Dhabi

Commercial Manager - Rail - Abu Dhabi

Ewi recruitment, a leading infrastructure and energy recruitment specialist, are seeking a Commercial Manager to work with an end client to be based in Abu Dhabi working as part of a newly established commodity.

As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for all commercial aspects for a set up client side company representing two large railway projects throughout Abu Dhabi, eventually leading a team of quantity surveyors.

The successful candidate will join an end client, who will be involved in tendering for the PMC for these projects, mold, develop and grow a team. Well versed in tender strategy, commercial management, quantity surveying, contract administration and contract awards.

This position is to be based in Abu Dhabi and is an IMMEDIATE requirement.

Salary Package:

My client is offering a total package of 55,000 + Qatari riyals per month + some benefits which all dependent on experience. You will also receive medical insurance and flights.

This is an all-inclusive package (accommodation and transport allowance). My client will assist in finding suitable accommodation with the cost included in the monthly package, Schooling provided and standard other benefits.

Requirements:

For this role the client has requested professionals with the following desired skills and experience:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • MSc is preferred.
  • Chartered - MRICS or equivalent is ideal.
  • 10-15 years + experience within construction quantity surveying and contracts management.
  • 10 years' experience in infrastructure / systems rail projects
  • Well versed in tender strategy, commercial management, quantity surveying, contract administration and contract awards.
  • Knowledge of a range of contract formats including FIDIC.
  • Experience of working in the region is preferable but not essential.

    Leading Architectural & Engineering Consultants based in UAE seeking to hire a well experienced “Senior BIM Modeler” on an urgent basis with immediate start.

    Position Overview: As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, coordination, and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for design of building projects. You will be responsible for generating accurate and detailed 3D models, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of complex projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Advanced Modeling:
