Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for communicating with homeowners interested in solar to promote Solar panels, their programs, and their benefits, qualifying homeowners, and gathering and verifying information regarding their homes.

Specifically here's what you'd be doing:

  • Qualification - Not every house in the USA is qualified to go solar, you will follow the company standards to help the homeowners qualify for solar with no upfront cost
  • Create excitement - Homeowners might be interested, but not yet excited to go solar, you will use your secret sauce to get the client excited for the next step
  • Appointment Setting - You will be setting up the appointment with the homeowners and the solar experts depending on the homeowner's preferred time.
  • Dialing - You'll have the opportunity to use the company infrastructure to make 300-350 calls daily, engaging in 20-50 conversations per day, and finding opportunities.
  • Connecting - You'll be a part of a sales representative team, all focused on the same goal. You'll meet with the sales team weekly/monthly to know where you're at on the leaderboard, and most importantly focus on the tasks at hand.

For our BDR role, we're looking for a specific type of person, someone who can be aggressive but friendly, and someone who never gives up.

The role will be a good fit if you:

  • Possess strong English communication skills
  • Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Adapt well to changes
  • Take full ownership of what you do
  • Comfortable in a quota-carrying sales role

This is a fully remote job

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/call center/or customer-facing position
  • Focused on hitting set targets, and self-motivated to get there.
  • Able to build relationships quickly, by building rapport with your prospects.
  • Can do the job with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with Google Apps (Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.)
  • Having experience with CRM and dialing software is a plus

Base pay plus uncapped Incentives and monthly SPIFF.

Salary Range is from E£25,000.00 - E£75,000.00 per month

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fire Fighting Technician based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Fire Fighting Technician, you will be responsible for Installation of Firefighting Equipment, Conducting Inspections, Testing, And Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems. You will also perform troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of fire alarm systems, fire pumps, sprinkler heads, and other fire protection equipment.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Should have Knowledge of Installation and Testing of Fire Pump, Sprinkler, Fire Hose Reel,
  • Installation and Extension of Fire Fighting pipes as per drawings issued
  • Can perform preventive and corrective maintenance for firefighting pumps, valves, sprinklers, meters, pipes etc.
  • Rectification / Trouble shooting pipes and fittings for firefighting systems
  • Must have understanding of Drawings
  • Knowledge in the use & interpretation of NFPA, UAEFC, ADCD codes, Standards and Regulations.
  • Installing fire alarm systems, include wiring, sensors, control panels, and alarms, ensuring they comply with safety regulations.
  • Maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly, includes checking detectors, alarms, and control panels for faults.
  • Troubleshooting issues with fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment, such as extinguishers and sprinkler systems, to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Repairing or replacements of faulty components within fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all inspections, tests, maintenance, repairs, and installations performed on fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Fire Fighting Technician (2-3 Years)
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, fire pumps, and sprinkler systems
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in fire alarm technology and firefighting equipment through training and certifications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair fire protection equipment
  • Understanding of local fire codes and regulations (ADCD)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Summary:

The Client Success Specialist will be accountable for the overall management of existing clients in alignment with their respective EVA projects.   • Be a member of various professional and industry or regional organizations and attends conferences and relevant events to expand and maintain a large professional network, represent the company and gain exposure and insight as to various specialties.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

  • 2-4 years’ experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
