Job Description
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company s adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
-Develop clear and comprehensive compliance policies and procedures that cover all aspects of the company s operations in the technology field.
-Ensure effective implementation of these policies and procedures across all relevant departments and positions.
-Regularly review and update the compliance program to keep up with regulatory and legislative changes in the technology sector.
-Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of company activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
-Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify critical areas requiring special attention.
-Prepare regular reports on the compliance status for the Board of Directors and senior management.
-Identify and assess compliance risks associated with company activities in the technology sector.
-Develop plans to mitigate these risks and minimize their negative impact on company operations.
-Coordinate with different departments to implement these plans and ensure their effectiveness.
-Communicate with regulatory and supervisory authorities relevant to the technology sector.
-Coordinate with other departments (legal, risk, internal audit) to ensure comprehensive compliance.
-Provide advice and guidance to senior management on compliance issues in the technology sector.
What we're looking for ?
Master s or bachelor s degree in Compliance or Law
The Compliance Manager should have a broad knowledge of regulations and laws related to the technology sector, financial monitoring, security, and others.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial technology sector, is preferred.
