We will rely on you to:
Manage small, routine projects or a piece of a larger project end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
Identifie, develop, and recommend the resources to complete the project.
Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
Attend project meetings and prepares and presents regular progress reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Provide technical support and input to the Manager on project proposals of routine to average complexity. Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Assist in the design, development and implementation of project management processes, methods, and products. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project.
What you need to have:
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing and successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication skills in English is must, Arabic is a plus
