Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other mechanical systems used in construction.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Inspect and dismantle watches to identify and diagnose technical faults.
• Handle and repair Smartwatch devices (hardware/software), including brands like Apple, Samsung, Blackberry, LG, etc. (experience in this area is a plus).
• Diagnose and repair mobile hardware issues (e.g., LCD replacement for iPhones, iPads, Samsung, Blackberry, Nokia, fixing SIM card sockets, charging connectors, motherboard/IC repairs) and software issues (e.g., data transfer, unlocking, phone recovery).

Position: Direct Sales Agent - Banking
Location: Sohar, Saham & Sinaw

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
• Ensure Customer profile falls within focus segment.
• Sell the Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
• Obtain relevant documents on all products sold, e.g. identity document.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
• Cross-sell opportunities identified should be referred to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure accuracy of all forms and documents executed by the Customer.
• Update call memo on a daily basis.
• Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
• Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2* Year*
• Qualification: (Diploma / Graduation Degree)
