Role Purpose

The role is responsible for leading projects from ideation through to completion including planning, managing, developing, and executing effective solutions to facilitate the delivery of IT projects on time within budget to achieve the desired results. What you will be doing

  • Responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects within IT service delivery and execute strategies for building brand recognition by ensuring high standards of services and operations.
  • Responsible for preparing project plans including estimating timelines, measuring risk and devising project requirement to ensure timely delivery of project, within scope and budget.
  • Act as subject matter expert to evaluate vendor proposals with technical team to ensure best solution.
  • implementation and liaise with third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure software solutions are designed considering high-quality standard ISO/IEC 25010 and support minimal viable product (MVP) deliverables.
  • Facilitating the management of the portfolio of IT projects, including identifying dependencies between

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, project summary report including schedule, budget, and risks with KPI.

Saudi Communications Manager is the affiliate point of contact accountable for strategic internal and external communications for the Saudi Affiliate

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Qualification: Completion of Graduation or a higher technical diploma in IH or occupational Health or related field. Proficient in written and spoken English. Computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint). 3 years driving experience.

Nature of Experience: 5 years’ Industrial Hygiene monitoring experience or equivalent in industry or service sector (Oil and Gas industry, refinery e.g. as Safety Officer performing some of IH duties). Good knowledge across all Industrial Hygiene specializations (physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards). Technical expertise in conducting IH monitoring across the sites for various IH parameters, report preparations.

Primary Purpose of the Job: Provides functional support for Industrial Hygiene (IH) team under supervisor of Industrial Hygienist for all programs, conducting IH monitoring based on the Health Risk Assessment(HRA) and Exposure Assessment Strategy (EAS) for physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic assessments , permit to work utilization and audit, reporting and IH management systems maintenance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements or assigned facilities, technical advice on IH matters to ensure smooth implementation of IH programs in the assigned areas.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Support the Industrial Hygienist with the implementation and execution of the Industrial Hygiene Program.

· To understand the principles of IH and occupational health implementation. Be able to identify workplace agents like physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.

· Perform industrial hygiene surveys in the workplace. Heat Stress monitoring, Noise Surveys, Chemical exposure monitoring, Lighting surveys, Radiation surveys, Ergonomic surveys and Contractor Welfare facilities and Food Safety Hygiene inspections etc.

· Prepare all industrial hygiene sampling media / consumables and ensure dispatch of samples to external analytical facilities. Maintain inventory of all IH consumables / media

· Provide day-to-day operation & management of the IH Laboratory & Equipment

· Manage all IH equipment, including routine maintenance & calibration requirements.

· Conducts PTW monitoring on active permits. Provides oversight on Contractor's activities.

· To help in managing all respirator fit testing requirements, including fit testing & record keeping
