Fit-out Design, who will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed design proposals to meet the Fit-out needs of company Stakeholders and Concessionaires. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving the Fit-out proposals developed by the Clients / Client appointed Consultants ensuring that, Mechanical designs and scope of works prepared are in line with the company/ International Standards.

Responsibilities

?Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all activities are carried out in an efficient manner that is consistent with Fit-out operating policies and procedures.
?Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
?Deputize for Fit-out Design Manager in his/her absence
?Liaise with Clients to secure brief and to determine project critical success factors
?Manage the Mechanical design ensuring that projects are subjected to the required due diligence to ensure consistent quality of built assets with a predictable operational outcome
