JOB PROFILE

The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts, while nurturing leads into qualified opportunities within their assigned space. This team drives digital and high-quality engagement with potential customers delivering superior customer experience.


As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP’s Cloud ERP & LoB footprint in NNN & IB across all industries, working with SAP & Partners resources, as well as Customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:

1. Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process

2. Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline)

3. Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline

For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process


Digital Sales Development Associate generates and qualifies leads through proper means, and nurtures aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned account executives for further sales progress.


The Digital Sales Development Associate will be co-located in the Digital Hub. They will join territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales roles.


Campaign Execution & Lead Management:

  • Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert
  • Support and cooperate with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists and Account Executives
  • Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market
  • Generate and qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management
  • Pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports


Training & Enablement:

  • Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills
  • Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-lead activities
  • Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner


EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in any other regional language preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM


The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. The program, which lasts for 2 months, is designed to give recent graduates the certifications and soft skills required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. At the end of the training, SAP will work very closely with the program graduates to introduce them to a host of opportunities with SAP customers and partners to work as an SAP Consultant.


SAP CONSULTANTS


The role of an SAP Consultant can be divided into 2 functions: Functional and Technical.


The consultant will contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project, and provide business process as well as functional expertise, and project guidance to our clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services will make their business the best run business.


The Consultant is also responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.


CERTIFICATE INFORMATION:


SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with built-in intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It helps companies adopt new business models, manage business change at speed, orchestrate internal and external resources, and use the predictive power of AI. What you´ll do

  • The Commercial Business Partner will support the Sales teams and manage a variety of commercial contracts in accordance with the SAP policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.

What You'll Do:

What you'll do


The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:

Motorola Solutions is looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to work within our Systems Integration International Finance team. A core part of the role is specifically accountable for and focused on overseeing and coordinating the project financials on critical, highly visible deployment projects in Oman. However, the role will also work across the International region in developing the Finance support, partnership and insight on Emerging Technologies* in the Systems Integration (SI) business. Job Description

1. Lead the rolling forecast (“CV”) process for Oman. This primarily covers revenue, margin and cash. It includes the preparation, review/interlock with key stakeholders, insight and submission. Allied to this is managing expectations, accuracy, and prompt identification of risks/opportunities, driving ownership and mitigation strategies by the project team.
2. Control and forecasting of other key project metrics, such as the quarterly POC Asset/Liability position and Billing status.
3. Risk management and control. Evaluate, model and provide early warning of opportunities and risks with due consideration of risk mitigation strategies.
4. Bi-weekly Outlook review calls. Leading the SI VP through a regular health check on the financials.
5. Business review preparation and participation for Oman and Emerging Technologies.
(a) Quarterly Project Review (QPR). Support the local project team in preparedness, manage key messages and financial outcomes e.g. adjustments to project budget.
(b) Operations Reviews. Prepare and periodically update Exec level project and business summaries for inclusion in SI VP reviews with global leaders.
(c) Ad hoc.
6. Local compliance and audits. Partner with the Project Controlling team (Finance Operations Centre “FOC”, Krakow) and local teams to ensure such matters are fulfilled and local certifications in place and renewed. Liaise with local audit partners.
7. Project team and customer support.
(a) Partner with project team and FOC to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
(b) Monitor project expenditures, analyse cost trends, and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities or potential risks.
(c) Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data, including project forecasts, budget updates, and cost allocation.
(d) Be prepared to step-in and work directly with the customer to mutually improveoutcomes.

8. Coordinate the Long Range Plan (LRP) process for Oman. As part of the Jun CV cycle each year, with particular focus on revenue, margin and cash.

9. Develop and embed reporting for SI International where it pertains to EmergingTechnologies. This is likely to include collaborating across the matrix to redefine frameworks and inputs.
10. Partner the UC SI Leader. Bring the cadences, quality of reporting and insight of this newlyestablished piece of the SI team up to the standards of the rest of the SI regions.


Basic Requirements

  • University Degree preferred
  • Accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) required
  • 3+ years’ experience working in Finance/Accounting roles demonstrating clear career path and development, preferably in a complex, matrixed organisation.

    Position Overview

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Channel Account Manager - Video Security & Access Control acts as a primary contact for specific video solutions selling initiatives with Channel Partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop relationships with Partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity

    • Assist Channel Partners in processing orders and returns either direct or via our distribution network

    • Work with Channel Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfully

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of video security solutions sales experience. Experience in transactional business required

    • 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience

    • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken English & Arabic.

    SAP is looking out for a Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for driving key business decisions and focussing on navigating complex sales engagements within a set of the large accounts in SAP.


    Your success in the role will be driven by:


    Business & Financial Acumen

    • Understanding the customer’s entire end-to-end business model and be able to use that knowledge to develop unique SAP enterprise-wide solutions

    Demand Management & Pipeline Health


    • Understanding key indicators of pipeline health (Coverage, Pace, Balance and Quality) and ability to recognize issues that must be addressed
    • Creating a solid demand generation plan, leveraging multiple sources (i.e.: sales plays, marketing events, demand generation assets) and sales support teams


    Educations & Skills requirement:


    • Bachelor equivalent or Masters (preferred) with proved track record through 5+ years’ experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions through consultative selling methodology
    • Experience in the Consumer, retail and services industry in Saudi Arabia
    • Demonstration of success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market with strong negotiation skills
    • Proven abilities on managing highly complex organizations and applying risk-mitigation strategies to customer
    • Saudi National preferred due to Saudization mandate

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, test, and deploy new applications using Microsoft .Net Core and C#.
    • Maintain and enhance existing business solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Work with SQL Server databases and write efficient Transact-SQL queries.
    • Utilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or their equivalents for project tracking and issue management.
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (4+ Years) in software development using Microsoft .Net Core and C#.
