About Us:

We are seeking a creative and driven SMM Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create visually stunning content that aligns with our brand image.
  • Create and curate high-quality content (photos, videos, text, Reels, Stories, advertising creatives, thumbnails) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Threads.
  • Design visual elements for social media profiles such as headers, avatars, and highlights covers.
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content regularly to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to boost followers, engagement, and traffic on all social platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve social media results.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and integrate them into our online strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, making budget optimizations where needed.
  • Utilize targeted advertising tools such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Skilled in editing videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, and other advertising materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CapCut) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and experience with campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and budget management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in interior design, architecture, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organization
  • Liaise with the commercial and editorial teams and help facilitate internal meetings, teleconferences, booking rooms. This is a support role and the team will rely on your continued support and agility to enable their success

Administration
  • Arranging UAE visas for employees and their families including DIFC and Golden Visas
  • Provide support with flights, hotels and car transfers for Commodity Insights employees as well as travelling colleagues and visitors (senior leadership only)
  • Preparing the Travel and Expenses reports for the Dubai office management team and senior sales employees
  • Monthly reconciliation of all expenses, ensuring completion before the cut-off date
  • Any other duties as may be required to support the activities of the group

Market Outreach & Marketing
  • Providing required support for our events, meetings and distribution activities across the region

What we're looking for
  • Previous administrative experience supporting a large department/team
  • First class communication skills (verbal and written) plus a high standard of business letter writing and grammar
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), additional languages advantageous
  • Professional and polite phone manner and demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of personal drive
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Flexibility to work on projects and additional tasks as required, sometimes on weekends.
  • Must demonstrate ability to juggle multiple competing demands and deadlines across a large team

POSITION OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate Structuring and Compliance:

Collaborate on the structuring of international companies and corporate groups, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Develop strategic frameworks that not only meet regulatory standards but also align with the specific goals and operational needs of clients.

Technology Transfer Initiatives:

Facilitate cutting-edge technology transfer initiatives that drive innovation and significantly enhance operational efficiency for our clients. Work closely with industry leaders to implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Legal Consulting:

Provide holistic legal consulting services in collaboration with our in-house legal experts, including attorneys and notaries. Tackle complex legal challenges by delivering strategic advice on significant contracts, mergers, and acquisitions across diverse sectors such as oil, gas, finance, and banking.

Investment and Finance Engagement:

Actively participate in investment and finance projects, forging strong partnerships with governmental and semi-governmental organizations. Identify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and aligning investment strategies with client objectives.

Project Management Excellence:

Assist in the preparation of comprehensive technical documents and engaging presentations for critical meetings with influential stakeholders and decision-makers. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasive communication tailored to the audience.

Cross-Industry Collaborations:

Engage in meaningful cross-industry collaborations, partnering with technology firms and startups to develop innovative solutions in renewable energy and smart city initiatives. Leverage diverse expertise to create synergies that drive impactful results.

Risk Management and Compliance Consulting:

Provide expert risk management and compliance consulting services to businesses navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Conduct thorough assessments and develop robust strategies that mitigate risks while ensuring operational integrity.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Fluency in both French and English (Arabic is an advantage).
