Senior Flutter Developer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain iOS and Android applications using Flutter.
  • Lead a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Flutter development team, while maintaining a high developer experience and clean coding practices.
  • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for your internal team.
  • Monitor team performance and report.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable Flutter applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and implement robust and efficient codebase solutions to meet project objectives and user requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on the latest Flutter developments, trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during the development lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage project timelines effectively.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Flutter developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Flutter projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies.

A well reputed construction company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a QA QC engineer (civil) preferably with substation experience.

The candidate must have 7-8 years UAE/GCC experience in substation projects. Previous work experience with DEWA/TRANSCO projects will be preferred.

Job requirement:

-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University

- Certificate must be attested by UAE embassy

- Equivalence certificate is required

- ADM Registered license as a practicing engineer preferred

- Transco competency is mandatory

Role Overview

Role Overview:

As an IT and Telecommunication Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outdoor sales, meeting targets, and providing innovative IT and telecommunication solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell:

•IT Hardware: Servers, networking solutions (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Aruba, Cisco, VMware, XenServer, Nutanix, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWALL).

•Telecommunication Solutions, including:•Unified Communication Solutions (Avaya, Cisco, 3CX, Grandstream, Yeastar)

•Contact Center Solutions•CPaaS Solutions

•Software Solutions, such as CRM-ERP systems.

•Cloud and Data Center Solutions

•ELV Solutions: CCTV, access controls, and more.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upselling opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, client visits, and networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business, or related fields.
✅ 3-5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the UAE market.
✅ Strong understanding of IT hardware, telecommunication solutions, cloud technologies, and ELV solutions.
✅ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
✅ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
✅ Immediate availability is a plus.
