We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher who wants to work in a progressive and student-centred Early Years School.

Delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum

Job Specification:

Successful candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, a Bachelor of Education, or the international equivalent.

A successful candidate will:

Have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage programme.
Have a minimum of two years post-qualification teaching experience.
Have the ability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Be open to new and innovative approaches to learning and teaching, and have the ability to develop an enabling environment where risk-taking is valued and the child is at the centre of the learning.
Have the knowledge, competencies, and values to act in an informed manner by demonstrating empathy and building links across social and cultural boundaries.
Have the ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues.
Be open, responsive, and adaptable to the needs of students and the evolving school environment, and be willing to ‘go the extra mile’.
Experience teaching EAL children would be advantageous.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

The mission of the CRP Department is to strategically support andoversee all communication and resource mobilization activities in the region(including regional and country offices), build strategic alliances andpartnerships, and manage external relations. The Department manages WHO/EMRO'srelationship with the international community by contributing to the positioning of the Organization's regional health priorities into the agenda ofthe international community and in positioning the Organization to attaintechnical and strategic recognition within the regional and global settings.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Support the development of consistent approach to Whole of Syria andother graded emergencies to secure rapid, sustainable and predictable fundingfor the core positions and emergency related activities.Liaise with HQ and the relevant Regional Office to secure therequired clearance, including legal and financial clearances for proposals anddonor agreements before signature.Participate in the coordination and organization of monthly andquarterly Whole of Syria donor partners meetings; contribute to negotiations torapidly conclude donor agreements. Assist in the preparation of annual andother regular donor meetings and reviews. Monitor trends, identify opportunities and risks as regards toWhole of Syria and other graded emergencies and inform HQ and the RM network ina timely manner, suggesting where appropriate actions are to be taken. Maintain project calendars and milestones; manage and analyseinformation on project activities and monitor progress towards targets usingExcel and other project management databases.Work closely with colleagues in the Syria Country Office, WHEGaziantep, Whole of Syria Health Cluster in Amman, and other relevant EMROstaff on the preparation of concept notes and project proposals includingproviding guidance on the recalibration of inputs, outputs; ensure that timely donor approval is requested for project amendments.In coordination and consultation with the grants officer, monitor implementation rates and reporting deadlines. Ensure activities andexpenditures are aligned with the terms and conditions set out in individualdonor agreements; and alert Senior Management on challenges impacting on thefunds and programme delivery.Support developing, monitoring and update of the risk register forthe Whole of Syria partnerships in coordination with the Risk Management focalpoints in Gaziantep (Turkiye) and Syria Country Office.In coordination with the Communication and Advocacy Officer and theEMRO Communications Team, support development of a communications and advocacyplan and products aimed at engaging with existing and new partners and donors.Take part in regular WHO Whole of Syria Operational Review meetingsand 3-Level calls, providing updates on resource mobilization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: A first university degree in Social Sciences, InternationalRelations, Political Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Management,Economics, Accounting, financial management, business or public administrationfrom an accredited/recognized institute.
Desirable: Specific studies on resource mobilization, studies on developmentand/or humanitarian work. Training in donor intelligence, proposal writing, and general project management.

Experience

Essential: At least five years' related experience, with international exposure, in resource mobilization, external relations and/or grants management. Documented achievements in fundraising activities, part of which supporting humanitarianemergency or health outbreak response and recovery activities.Proven experience in writing resource mobilization proposals, donor reports and related documents
Desirable: Prior working experience with WHO/UN or with an international Non-Governmental Organization.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, representational and organizational skills, with proven ability to facilitate and strengthen the involvement and collaboration of a broad range of internal and external partners.Demonstrated success in resource mobilization, including the ability to develop resourcemobilization approaches and materials, and promote consensus with donors and partners.Integrity, tack, and discretion. Ability to work and achieve goals under pressure.Good knowledge of WHO mandate and goals in the emergency incident management context is an asset.

REMUNERATION

WHO salaries for staff in the Professional category are calculated in US dollars. The remuneration for the above position comprises an annual base salary starting at USD 64,121 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable), a variable post adjustment, which reflects the cost of living in a particular duty station, and currently amounts to USD 1774 per month for the duty station indicated above. Other benefits include 30 days of annual leave, allowances for dependent family members, home leave, and an education grant for dependent children.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

REMUNERATION

WHO salaries for staff in the Professional category are calculated in US dollars. · Has a Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Vet Clinic Doctor or Veterinarian

· Must have 5 years' experience in the veterinary medicine/ Vet clinical field

· Must have retail and sales management experience- be able to sell medicine or medical items inside the pharmacy and recommend appropriate medication to customers.

· Must have Experience in farm (Livestock)

· Must have experience in vaccinations, treatment, diseases, medicines, vitamins, sheep , goats, camels ,

·Must have experience feeding animals.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions using simple language

· Availability to take evening or weekend shifts in cases of emergency and Able to work independently without direct supervision.

Objectives of this Role:

• Maximize project efficiency and profitability

• Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion

• Managing the full project-plan lifecycle

• Ensure stakeholder management in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Prepare scheduled or necessary updates of delivery/installation activities and determine

personnel and equipment requirements

• Create and administer testing protocols for monitoring project performance

• Inform Planning Engineer promptly of any schedule changes, and work closely with all

stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

• Oversee budgetary, scheduling, and project delivery, and report regularly to the Planning

Engineer on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule

• Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements

promptly.

• Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise

• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals

• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients
