Job Purpose: Lead the HR Department in the KSA Region and implement the HR policies, procedures and systems of the company with regards to Recruitment, HR Operations, Training & Development, Rewards and Performance Management. Also, the role focuses on meeting the Saudization requirements and addressing the respective challenges.

  • Lead and provide direction to 3 HR teams in a Regional HR Department: a. International HR Operations b.Local HR Operations and c. Local Recruitment (for Saudi Nationals), in compliance with the Corporate and Regional HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement all HR activities in an employees Life Cycle, including Engagement & Onboarding, Probation, Training and Development, Goals & Performance, Rewards, and Disengagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate HR Department for the functional support provided on issues related to Recruitment, HR Operations, Training & Development, Manpower Planning, Rewards, and HR Infrastructure & Systems.

Candidate Profile:

Studies & Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Administration, HR or relevant fields. MSc in Human Resources Management is highly desirable.


Work Experience:

Min. 10 years of proven in -house HR experience in an HR Generalist role; at least 5 of which in a managerial position.
  • Previous experience in KSA and in Saudization actions is a must (experience in Gulf countries or even UAE is 2nd priority).
  • Previous HR experience in any of the following sectors will be considered an asset: Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing, Heavy Manufacturing.
  • Experience in contacting and cooperating closely with KSA Government authorities and/or Ministries, as needed.
  • Experience in, or familiarity with, working in a Matrix international organization structure is desirable.

Requirements


To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong background in luxury products and/or perfume branding.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driving License: Mandatory

Open Position: Interior Designer/Real estate developer/dedicated to residential apartment complex design and ID finalization.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead design projects for residential apartment buildings from the initial concept phase through to completion.

Define project requirements and establish schedules during the briefing stage.

Translate client needs into detailed plans and rough sketches.

Set costs and manage project fees, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

Research and select materials and products, ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal.

Produce sample and mood boards to convey design concepts.

Supervise the progress of work alongside a team of engineers and CAD draftsmen.

Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, architects, and construction professionals.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovations to ensure cutting-edge designs.

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design and rendering, with at least 5 years dedicated to residential apartment complex design and ID finalization.

Skills: Expertise in space planning, color selection, lighting design, materials sourcing, custom furniture design, and installation.
