1. First-class BE/B.Tech. degree, preferably in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering,
from a renowned university.
2. 10 to 15 years of experience in handling projects to install plants for recycling of
Lead, Copper, Brass and Other non-ferrous metal.
3. Sound knowledge of various types of existing Smelting and Melting Furnace such
as Rotary Furnace, FRHC Furnace, Reverberatory Furnace etc. Also should be
updated about upcoming technological changes in the metal recycling industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of designing and fabrication of various types of Air pollution
treatment systems required for different types of Furnaces.
5. Sound technical knowledge about wastewater treatment technology for nonferrous
metal recycling and plastic recycling plants.
6. Excellent knowledge about smelting and refining processes for Lead and Copper
