    Are you an Arabic speaker with a passion for teaching Arabic grammar living in UAE? Do you have experience working with students of all ages and levels? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

    We are currently seeking an Arabic teacher to join our team who can speak french as well. This is a must thing.

    The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker and English speaker with experience teaching Arabic Grammar. They will be patient, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to build rapport with students quickly.

    Classes are scheduled according to teacher’s capability.

    Minimum 4 hours per day and 6 days per week schedules should be given by the teachers in to be onboard with us.

    Available 01:00 am to 07:00 am

    The freelancers would only get a class if they are also online and present within their promised schedules.

    Monthly Teacher ratings will be done on the basis of Teacher's Punctuality, Responsiveness, Seriousness, Quality of Teaching, Student Engagement, Satisfaction and Feedback.

    Team Structure

    As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing office services support, working with the workplace team, secretarial teams providing a variety of onsite support across the office. Multi-tasking is essential in this role, it requires the ability to juggle and prioritise even when under time pressure.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Working with the workplace team to coordinate with the landlord regarding building maintenance, premises checks and repairs.
    • Fire warden duties, including leading drill briefings and maintaining attendance lists.
    • Assist with maintenance of the furnishings and fittings, aircon and lightings within the office as required, including assisting with internal office moves.
    • Reception duties including answering the phone and welcoming guests on priority.
    • Organisation and presentation of the firm's meeting rooms and liaise with reception, supervisors, and staff, including setting up and rearranging boardrooms as required.
    • Supporting the Secretarial team leader and PAs in ad hoc administrative tasks as their team assistant.
    • Printers – ordering of cartridges and waste cartridges, papers maintain stock in liaison with IT Engineer
    • Purchasing groceries for the office and ensuring cupboards are stocked with essentials.
    • Maintenance of coffee machines and stock of milk and coffee beans.
    • Maintenance of kitchen equipment, air fryer, fridges, dishwashers including regular cleaning, loading, and unloading of plates and cups.
    • Stationeries procurement and stock management
    • Office general maintenance.
    • Bundling of documents (including combining PDF document to make e-bibles with pagination) including front sheets & spines.
    • Photocopying and Scanning
    • Running errands and delivering of documents
    • Shredding
    • E-filing
    • Arranging couriers and keep check tracking dates delivered.
    • Audio/visual equipment set up for meetings in front office.
    • Administrative and on-site support for client and internal events and external events when necessary.
    • To assist and be accountable for all front office duties during senior front office executive's absence, during busy periods and day to day as required.
    • Car parking - Assisting / maintaining log of car parking rentals for the office.
    • Dealing with other ad-hoc office administration support as and when necessary, as instructed by Workplace and HR team and as per the demands of the business.
    Attributes/Skills Required
    • Sound knowledge of office services operations, ideally within professional services.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • A positive, welcoming, friendly, collaborative, people-oriented mindset, and a flexible approach to your work and a willingness to be stretched.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
    • Effective knowledge and use of telephone, conference calls and video conferencing and basic knowledge of AV equipment.

    Our International client is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator with genuine drive and ambition. You will form a key part of the Design & Engineering Team based on site.

    Can you form working relationships to achieve success both internally and externally. Yes you will have to be a team player pulling in the right direction to achieve project success and profitability.

    As the 2IC to the Design Manager you will be managing CAD & Draughtsman on site for shop drawings, design submissions and coordinating a range of aspects on site. Can you ensure that all specifications and designs match the required building codes so achieve client sign off on site.

    Do you understand urgency, forward planning and problem solving. Can you help remove obstacles to ensure that the project team and operations can hit key timeframes for handover.

    Following is required

    • Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as a Design Coordinator or Senior Design Coordinator
    • Degree Qualified - 5 to 6 years post graduate
    • Strong technical awareness and understanding of the clients, rules, regulations and supply chain in the UAE
    • Happy that site will be working a 6 day week
    • Able to start before the 20th Of December 2024 Latest

    Full job description

    *Role Description:

    Overseeing cash transactions, managing customer orders, and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations at the point of sale. Supervise and manage other staff to ensure a high level of service and masterful food preparation and service. Your duties will include greeting customers and helping them with their orders, assembly of orders, operating a cash register and other duties.

    *Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern.
    • Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
    • Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed.
    • Ensure stock rotation occurs and stock is ‘held’ in the correct manner, recording any wastage.
    • Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff.
    • Engages in guests’ interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
    • Helping out other staff members as needed during your shift.
    • May perform managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the outlet, managing escalated complaint.

    *Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
    • Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends on a rota basis.
