Actively participate and lead the ASTA Certification project execution of LV product category of LV PSC, MCC, DBO & APFC Assemblies and Busbar trunking systems (BTS) as per international standards vide IEC 61439,IEC 61921,IEC 61641 and AS/NZS 61439 etc.

Responsibilities

· Read and Understand customer requests and prepare test plans as per relevant standards and ASTA test procedures.

· Visit client locations to discuss the technical aspects and support the sales team to win the deals.

· Provide cost estimation based on the testing and engineering time needed for products evaluation to sales team for developing proposals.

· Read the national/international standard and interpret the standards for the products to be evaluated.

· Educates the customers on the application of the standard and requirements as applicable to their products.

· Liaise with test labs, other service providers to execute tests, extending technical support to the test labs and customers where necessary.

· Conduct safety evaluation of the products and complete necessary documentation work to certify products.

· Conduct mini audits of testing labs or premises in line with IEC 17025 norms and ASTA Practices.

· Witness testing in line ASTA approved program and practices, record results/observations accurately in timely manner and close the observations in co-ordination with stake holders.

· Draft detailed ASTA Reports and certificates and complete the review process with ASTA-UK team for final issue.

Function

Key responsibilities:

The role holder is responsible for:

  • Insulation Construction Supervisor for wellbay module and PAU’s for the process module
  • Meeting the overall Alliance objectives for the project in accordance with agreed HSSE, Quality and Schedule targets
  • Proactively support the Contractor so that they deliver as per Company expectations and prorities.
Key activities to include:
  • Ensure that Contractor’s insulation personnel are trained and qualified in accordance with project requirements, and conduct examination and reviews as required and requested.
  • Follow up all insulation work at fabrication site, witness training programs and site-tests
  • Monitor all Insulation construction activities with emphasis on quality, schedule and HSE
  • Evaluated build methods and provide improvement suggestions to Contractor o Material, and equipment needed to meet schedules. Understand project targets and monitor progress and have a perspective towards the contractor focus on meeting targets.
  • Expedite IFC and material delivery with FFA engineering and procurement groups
  • Construction interface co-ordination with other disciplines
  • Advise Construction Manager about lack of resourcing
  • Actively work to ensure that mechanical completion is achieved with a minimum of punch listed items and ready for handover to Commissioning
  • Participate in area/system punch out as required and ensure correct input to MIPS and PIMS
  • Participate in safety and QC walkabouts

  • Overall knowledge of Heat Trace installation
  • Knowledge of North Sea principles and standards.

  • At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. He must have hands on experience to maintain advance VFD's, HV & LV panels, Motors, UPS DG sets, etc. and must have handled LV & MV electrical installations.
  • He must be familiar with the local KARAHMA, ASHGHAL and QCD standards & regulations.
  • An aptitude and experience in HV & LV Switchgears, Motors & Its starter, Transformers is mandatory.
  • •Completion of secondary education followed by 4 years Degree in Electrical Engineering OR 3 years Diploma in electrical engineering is a requirement. Good knowledge of English (both written and understanding of technical manuals) is essential.

    • Participates in initial examination of obstetrical patients' assigned responsibility for care, treatment, delivery of patients.

    • Participates in initial examination of obstetrical patients' assigned responsibility for care, treatment, delivery of patients.
    • Assist in the delivery and perform post partum examinations and treatments to ensure that patient and infant are responding normally.
    • When deviations from standard are encountered during monitoring the labor patient administers stipulated emergency measures, and inform obstetrician immediately.
    • Actively promotes breastfeeding and assists mothers in reaching their goals for breastfeeding
    • Prepares the woman for labor, birth and parenting.
    • Demonstrates an understanding of the physiology of labor
    • Supervises and assists mothers in labor, monitoring the condition of the fetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management
    • Prepares mothers for cesarean sections as well as assist doctors with the administration of pitocin or other pain medication as per scope for practice.
    • Demonstrate competence in Cardiac- Pulmonary Resuscitation.
    • Participates in the pre-natal and post-natal teaching on health practices.
    • Administer drugs/medications as per doctor's orders.
    • Demonstrate competency in any emergency situation.
    • Demonstrate awareness of fire/equipment hazards and the necessary precautions to be activated as per hospital policy.
    • Maintain all documents of MSDS , HAZMAT in coordination with FMS Team
    • Participates in any continuing Education and activities.
    • Any other assigned responsibilities on a Ward Basis as identified by the Head Nurse.
    • Monitor hospital environment for compliance with Infection Control policy and Procedure.
    • Maintain hand hygiene and infection control documents
    • Adherent the practice of Prescription Order review.
    • Responsible for daily checking of crash carts and emergency equipments as per hospital policy
    • Follow the protocol of handover communication during shift change, shifting the patient to other department and diagnostic procedure
    • Maintain the cleanliness of department following infection control protocols
    • Follow the protocol of patient identification while administering medication , blood transfusion , procedure etc
    • To follow appropriate international guidelines, DHA regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing and or Midwifery.
    • Current license in country of origin and with DHA License to practice in Dubai, UAE.
    • Minimum 2 years nursing experience in relevant clinical area or has undergone training. BLS Provider.
    • Good English - spoken and written. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.

    المتطلبات:

    - سعودي الجنسية.

    - درجة دبلوم في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

    - حاصل على شهادة برنامج كوادر السلامة .

    - حاصل علي دورة أو أكثر على من الدورات التالية : IOSH )*OSHA - - NEBOSH)*

    - خبرة لا تقل عن 2+ سنوات في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية .

    - معرفة شاملة بلوائح وأنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية (OSHA) أو ما يعادلها.

    - القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر ووضع خطط الأمان والوقاية.

    - مهارات عالية في التواصل والتقارير.

    المهام والمسؤوليات:
