  • Attend internal progress and engineering meetings as required with the Contractors.
  • Attend weekly progress/HSE meetings/attended contractors toolbox talks
  • Take part in all accident/incident/near miss investigations relating to any construction related incident and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
  • Review Emergency Response procedures and plans for Loss Prevention inputs including alignment with Owner specifications and standards etc.
  • Implementation of any safety related procedures or safety awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure that all construction safety systems and equipment are in place, operational and correctly serviced.
  • Participate in HSE awareness campaigns
  • Daily Inspection relating to Health, Safety and Environment aspects and coordinate with the Contractor to remedy issues or non-compliance found.

Job Description:

MBCE is currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Electrical Engineer and Electrical Supervisor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects and ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.

Supervise electrical technicians and other staff members.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Work with internal team as needed to make the bid aligned with SAP and Customer requirements
  • Provide visibility to the management team regarding opportunity solutioning and approval
  • Manage the MU or regional reviews and approval process (Reviews, bid council moderating & documentation)
  • Follow up on action items defined during Local and Regional Bid Council sessions.

  • Ensure proper use of Bid Management tools, and methodologies / Continuously improve the bid quality by storing & updating documentation for reuse, audit, and historical purposes

  • Support with template creation for scope document mainly in French for the French speaking regions.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, such as Open (Combined) cycle power station, Seawater Desalination, Waste water treatment Substation, PV, BESS, ICE, Wind Farm, Geothermal project.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified BIM Manager/Senior Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM-driven design and documentation, proficient in Autodesk software suite including Revit and Civil 3D, and familiar with Navisworks, BIM 360 for coordination and management. Knowledge of Synchro 4D and ArcGIS is preferred, and international BIM project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the engineering management or bidding work of one or more projects.
  • Responsible for the equipment technical management of one or more projects,
  • Responsible for work summary and experience feedback of the project.
  • Responsible for decomposing the electrical part of the EPC technical contract to ensure that the design meets the requirements of the EPC contract;

  • Understanding of Electrical primary system, secondary system, protection system & review in totality along with the necessary resolution for all the clashes and inconsistencies found.
  • Ability to quickly assess and make recommendations (rapid problem solving) for any relevant subject matter.
  • Experience in Developing the SLDs & electrical calculation reports during the design stage.
  • Experience to manage and prepare the Bill of quantity, providing input for the project schedule & resource requirements and support to the site team.
  • Client experience includes major clients like Saudi Aramco, ACWA, Masdar, SEC, SWCC, DEWA, would be preferred.
  • Have good experience and communication skills to liaise with fabrication parties, subcontractors, clients or the third party. Have coordination skills to organize and arrange engineering work and handle interface issues.
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of business management including contract management, monitor management, risk identification, etc.

The purpose of the RWE Project Manager /scientist role is to work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to facilitate and support VEO International and affiliates with the implementation, application and integration of standard project management processes and tools for decision-making. The PM provides technical and project administrative support to selected hubs/affiliates to help enable on-time and on-budget delivery of key tasks during RWE project execution. The PM plays a key role as a resource to the business with regard to shared learning, and process improvement. Path/Level: P3 Note: Employees hired on banded positions (ex: P1-P3, R1-R2, B1-B3, etc.) transfer at their current level, despite the level indicated on the job posting. For example, if a P2 candidate is selected for a P1-P3 banded position, the candidate will remain a P2 in the new role. Facilitates and supports knowledge management of RWE activity in KSA Provides leadership and expertise on how to utilize Pangaea and other relevant tools to ensure effective knowledge and management of data sources, RWE studies and projects in the IBU region. Ensures the information contained in Pangaea is updated and accurate. Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in our data sources. Runs regular reports to provide updates to internal stakeholders on key metrics such as volume of RWE activity, type and cost of projects and how the RWE deliverables are used internally. Influences decision-making by translating results into actionable options/scenarios. Understanding and adherence to all company policies and procedures Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field: At least 2-3 years’ experience in clinical research and/or knowledge in health outcomes research. Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge, experience and understanding of the use of healthcare data used in outcomes research. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management tools and process. Experience in medical, scientific or technical writing fields (at least 1 year) Strong comprehension and communication skills including the ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
