The candidate must have 10 to 15 years of experience in performing fishing, milling, and conventional stimulation/ well intervention Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) for Coiled Tubing operations & Work Over Rig. Skills in operating, maintaining, redressing, and testing (fishing tools, jars and accelerators, expansion anchors, positive displacement motors, cutting tools, rotary wash nozzles, and more).

Coordinates and directs the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. As we embark on our next 5-year strategy, we are looking to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation with a commitment to Amna's mission and values. You will be responsible for shaping and leading our MEL initiatives to enhance our understanding of impact and drive continuous improvement in our programmes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of overseeing complex research projects and fostering partnerships with external stakeholders. An academic background in research, evaluation, or related fields is required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, ambitious and innovative individual, who can demonstrate thought leadership in their field. You will play a critical part in designing and implementing trauma and identity informed MEL strategies to enhance our impact and understanding of the communities we serve. You will have expertise in designing and leading sensitive and creative MEL strategies within complex and innovative environments, and a track record of managing diverse research and evaluation projects, preferably within the humanitarian or social impact sector. Strong networking skills and established relationships with research institutions, academic partners, and evaluation teams are essential.

Desirable qualifications include a Master's or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences, or international development, as well as proficiency in English with exceptional writing skills for producing high-quality research outputs and grant applications.
