Position Title - Mason (Finisher Required) for the Interior Designing Projects for the Residential Buildings

Reports To - Site Supervisor

Salary - AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Mason

  • Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing as per design requirements.
  • Apply finishes such as plaster, paint, or tiles to achieve desired interior design outcomes.
  • Install interior design elements, including decorative stonework, tile patterns, and custom finishes.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
  • Execute precise measurements and cuts for materials to meet design specifications.
  • Pay attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes in alignment with the interior design vision.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in UAE or GCC
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols

  • Must be Physically fit with Good physical condition and endurance

Accounts Payable Analyst - UAE National

Summary of Role:

Review regular accounts payable tasks and take necessary action as per the process agreed. The candidate must also contribute to the team’s overall success to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all invoices and supporting documentation are received as per the VAT Regulation guidelines, reviewed, and processed accurately & efficiently.

  • To process invoices on daily basis i.e. to match them with their authorized supporting documents & receiving records, sort and book the invoices against relevant account and departments.

  • Support the team to continuous drive towards processing the payments.

  • Uphold the highest level of data protection and confidentiality towards all stakeholders.

  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around expected timeframe.

  • Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.

  • Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and identify any discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

  • Completing month-end closing in line with monthly deadlines

  • Attend emails received in mailbox within TAT.

  • Good written and verbal communication in English.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field,

  • Must have 2 years plus strong experience in accounts payable.
