Nair Systems is currently looking for Technology Specialist – Treasury Management System (Kondor) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TMS system implementation preferably Kondor.
  • Strong experience in implementing and supporting Treasury Management Systems, with specific expertise in Kondor.
  • Solid understanding of treasury management processes, financial instruments, and risk management concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Kondor especially Back Office module and its integration with the core banking system.
  • Experience with Kondor workflow design, trade validation, and market data integration.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts, with the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Middleware knowledge of MQ and TIBCO.
  • Knowledge of TMS integration with trading platforms including Bloomberg, SWITFT, Markitwire and core banking system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful Kondor implementations, including full project lifecycle experience from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Experience with treasury management activities, such as cash management, liquidity management, foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives and product knowledge of FX, MM, Repos, Fixed Income, Equities/Funds, IRS/CIRS, FX Options.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams, to gather and analyze business requirements for the Kondor implementation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for configuring and customizing Kondor to meet organizational needs.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and development tasks within Kondor, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct end-to-end system testing, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution, to ensure the quality and integrity of the Kondor implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase, assisting with issue resolution and ensuring successful user adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage data integration, interface development, and data migration activities between Kondor and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials, to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and smooth system operation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in treasury management systems, Kondor functionality, and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the Kondor implementation and support ongoing system optimization efforts.
  • Assist with post-implementation support, troubleshooting system issues, and providing timely resolution to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with vendor and functional support provider for project issues and support.

Qualification:

  • Welding Inspectors shall have at least five (5) years of current experience as welding Inspectors in a fabrication/project environment and have valid CSWIP 3.1 Certification or AWS equivalent.
  • Candidates should have experience in the oil and gas field

Job Description:

  • Review WPS, PQR, and WPQR etc to ensure compliance with requirement of applicable codes (usually ASME Sec. IX).
  • Witness welding procedure qualification (WPS), Procedure qualification Record (PQR) welders qualifications and destruction, non-destruction testing as per relevant international code and company specification.
  • Witness heat treatment process as per approved heat treatment procedure
  • Prepare comprehensive ITP for QA/QC of welding activity, new and repair application.
  • Carry out QA/QC compliance inspection in accordance with approved ITP.
  • Carry out non-destructive testing (DPT/MP, Ferrite, Hardness etc).
  • Review /prepare QA/QC dossier for welding activity.
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection report on assigned welding activity
  • Inspectors shall be fully conversant with relevant codes and standards (AWS, ASME SEC.IX, ASME Sec. V, ASME SEC.VIII) about preparation, welding, QA/QC, NDT aspects of welding
  • Skilled in use of CIMS and MS-Office software and must demonstrate good communication skill in English

Educational Qualifications:

1. Purpose of consultancy


The Consultant is expected to support the work of the EMRO Regional HR Manager in the last quarter of 2024 (October-December). The consultant will mainly focus on supporting the manager in conducting data analysis in qualitative and quantitative ways together with the rest of the team. The consultant will create strategic communication materials, briefing, minutes and will work on the current recruitment workflow with the aim of creating efficiencies. The consultant will focus on longlisting candidates for key positions, apply advanced technologies including AI, and implement innovative solutions.

He/ she will ensure the intranet site serves as an effective communication platform and will prepare visually engaging reports, presenting complex information in a clear and accessible format. Lastly the consultant will create a repository of available generic post descriptions.


2. Background

The consultant is under the direct supervision of the Regional Human Resources Manager and will work closely with the HR Business Partners. The objectives of the Human Resources and Talent Management Unit (HRT) are to carry out, in an efficient and timely manner, all human resources for the WHO Regional Office and Country Offices under its responsibility, including workforce planning and analysis, staffing, policy formulation and interpretation, medical services, learning and development, conflict resolution, and strategic advice on human resources matters to staff and management.

Motorbike- Motorcycle Merchandiser

  • Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy 100% follow the FIFO.
  • Prompt execution of all the display and promotion drives.
  • To ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.
  • To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
  • To comply with Journey plan, daily reporting timing and duty hours.
  • Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening. (Obtaining primary visibility in category)
  • Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
  • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
  • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
  • Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
