We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to design and implement social media strategies across our diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The successful candidate will manage, create, and publish engaging content across all clients’ brand social media channels. Working within our vibrant agency, you will handle various accounts and ensure the achievement of brand marketing targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

● Lead the build and execution of multiple social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

● Contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online reputation for our clients and their brands.

● Create and publish highly creative and original, high-quality content to ensure it is informative and appealing.

● Identify and engage the correct target market.

Who We Are

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an Executive Assistant to be assigned to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar to support senior leadership of SPACECENT. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the front office and procedures. They will be a key member of the team and will work very closely with other leadership in other department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.



In addition to your base salary this role will help with housing and other necessitates required to reside in Qatar.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and schedule all VTCs (at multiple classification levels).
  • Support several senior level leaders.
  • Responsible for continuity during rotational turnover (every 6 months).

Must have valid Qatar id

JD:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas (Preferred) or MEP.
  • Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical or Relevant degree in Instrumentation and Electrical.
  • Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality;
  • Understand the cable schedule and Termination details at site.
  • Carryout and support the site team for the cable terminations in the field.
  • Gather the Instruments Serial Number from Site installed Instruments for the inspection purpose.
  • Understand the I&C instrument installation and able to attend the inspection.
  • Coordinate with BMS/SCADA Supplier for the planned works.
  • Liaise with managers, supervisors & colleagues to ensure an efficient & effective service is delivered to the client & company at all times;
  • Follow-up with site Supervisor/Site team and get the BMS/SCADA cable installation, glanding and termination works done.
  • Work with other team members to complete important I&C services;
  • Carry out & supervise the BMS/SCADA Cold/Hot loop checking T&C activities with Site team & supplier.
  • Experience in Chiller Plant & RO System shall be preferred.

Main Accountability/responsibility

Demand Management & Forecasting

  • Coordinates demand replenishment activities to assure the proper product supply and the adequate inventory level to support affiliate marketing & sales strategies.
  • Liaises closely with sales and marketing teams to establish through forecasting an accurate demand plan by organize monthly forecast meetings.
  • Ensure demand consolidation and forecasts are updated on SAP both regularly and timely.


Supply Chain operations

  • Update and extend / change materials prices & commissions master data.
  • Maintains and updates supply agreements and relevant procedures with alignment from Sr Supply Chain Manager
  • Keeps continuous alignment with Regulatory team to avoid supply disruption.
  • Support and assist with special supply chain projects.

Inventory management

  • Drive the inventory management process to ensure availability of agreed safety stock levels and monthly inventory reconciliation with distributor.
  • Lead the process of distributors communication.
  • Lead the process of transfers. Purchases Orders (PO) with proper delivery date of goods for quoted orders.
  • Weekly follow-ups on placed orders with manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for the communication with key stakeholders (Manufacturing Site – distributors – Regulatory).
  • Highlight any challenges/risks anticipated in inventory levels.
  • Lead the S&OP with different stakeholders
  • Lead accurate start and end of month activities
  • Ensure timely communication of destruction to all stakeholders including MFG
  • Fill and submit timely Saudi Drugs information system based on SFDA timelines

Customer Management

  • Tracking the distributors performance metrics against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure timely processing of distributor debit notes
  • Regular alignment meeting with partners / distributors to ensure operational process.
  • Strong communication with global (Order to Cash) operations.
  • Ensure samples supply as per local regulation if any.
  • Ensure on time production process and relevant communication with distributor to secure on time delivery.

Professional Development:

Educational Qualifications
