Safety Engineer

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.   • Quantity Surveyors (Civil and MEP): Core responsibility is to Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. To calculate material needs and map out project timelines. Should liaise closely with all teams to keep the job on track. Day-to-day Oversee contract administration, tendering processes, and cost control measures. Analyse outcomes and provide budget/progress reports. Advise on claims, disputes and any contractual issues.
  • QA/QC Engineer (Civil and MEP): Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Coordinate all quality matters & inspections with all the stake holders on site and all material receipt inspections. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  • Planning Engineer: Responsible of laying out the framework that guides a project's progression from initiation to completion. Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones. Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
  • Draughtsman (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): Generate/Create detailed engineering 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using AutoCAD, BIM and Revit software. Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of Project Mangers & Engineers and Architects. Outline the project’s construction process on the technical drawings.
  • System Administrator: Extensive experience in IT ecosystem. They must have working experience of the standard operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux or Unix. Should also be proficient in database management, security protocols, networking and hardware maintenance. Need to do the documentation process to create user manuals.

The international Integrated Marketing team leads the process of answering all pre-sale proposal responses outside of the US - ensuring that our competitive proposals not only showcase strong strategic and creative ideas but their scope can also be delivered on time, to budget and at best-in-class value for new clients and our long-term partners.

As the Integrated Marketing Director MENA, you will bring together the right people and resources from different teams and time zones, provide an understanding of the client goals and sectors, and steer successful pre-sale processes through effective collaborative time management and client-facing handling.
