POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as an interior design team member under the Design Director and Project Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings or equipment and color coordination

Knowledge of local material resources preferred

Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finished samples

Support business development and marketing efforts when needed

Proven experience in FF&E design development and documentation

Outstanding graphic presentation skills

Works with Design Director and client to develop schematic FF&E design based on project criteria, program and budget

Participates in presentation and ensures format is compatible with office and client standards

Develops and maintain FF&E budget

Work closely with the Interior Design team for the preparation of 3D visualisation.

Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation

Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery

Efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages

Prepare 3D white model with preliminary cameras and lighting setup

Setup the realistic materials

Produce 3D visual images for interior architectural design presentations on a variety of project types including hotel, restaurant, residential and commercial interiors

Make the alterative changes based on designers’ reviews and comments

Post render work in Photoshop for final adjustments, compositing, finishing, and retouching

Development of a software library suitable for interior rendering needs and applications

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience

Bachelors degree in 3D Design / Graphic Design

Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution.

A graphic background or similar certification/training would be desirable.

Must be an expert in use of software: 3Ds Max / Maya / Vray / AutoCAD / E-on Vue, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software. It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.

Must be fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic rendering techniques.

Är du passionerad för alpin racing och har en hög teknisk kunskap inom sporten? Har du förmågan att leda och inspirera atleter till att nå sina mål? Då kan du vara den vi söker!

Rollen

Vi söker nu en engagerad och kunnig alpin coach till vårt alpina racingteam. Som coach kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att utveckla våra atleter och säkerställa att laget når sina målsättningar. Du kommer arbeta med damlandslagets träningsgrupp 1 och vara en viktig del för teamets framgång. Teamet består av 7 atleter och 4 coacher, varav en fystränare och en Headcoach.

I rollen förväntas du ha förmågan att ta egna initiativ och förstå när det är nödvändigt att agera på egen hand för att lösa problem och förbättra träningsmetoderna. Du agerar alltid prestigelöst och prioriterar lagets och atleternas bästa, utan att låta personlig prestige stå i vägen. Genom teknisk och taktisk rådgivning hjälper du atleterna att förbättra sina prestationer, samtidigt som du förstår och ger stöd till deras mentala och psykiska utveckling.

Som person har du ett starkt intresse för ledarskap, är strukturerad, kommunikativ och engagerad med en positiv attityd samt känsla för mänskliga relationer.   • motivera och guida atleter genom träning och tävling,
  • förmedla och förklara tekniker till atleter,
  • genomföra och leda teknikpass,
  • genomföra och leda fyspass,
  • följa och implementera riktlinjer inom laget,
  • använda och underhålla sportrelaterad teknik,
  • filma, ladda upp samt analysera videos från träning och tävling,
  • preparera backar inför träning,
  • hantera logistik och strukturera material och fordon inom laget,
  • säkerställa att lagets strategi och riktlinjer följs,
  • delta i tränings- och tävlingsturnéer från augusti till april.

Krav

  • SATU 1-3 eller motsvarande,
  • hög teknisk kunskap inom alpin racing,
  • 5-års erfarenhet från liknande roll,
  • B-körkort,
  • god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på engelska.

Meriterande

  • högskoleutbildning inom ämnen som idrott, pedagogik eller psykologi eller annan utbildning som bedöms likvärdig,
  • goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office,
  • hantering av digitala verktyg såsom Smartabase,
  • god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska.

Senior Manager Credit

We are hiring for Senior Manager –Creditfor a reputed Bank in UAE.

Position: Senior Manager –Credit

Locations: Dubai

Responsibilities:

·In-depth analysis of credit proposals based on financial and non-financial parameters.

· Ensure upgrading and downgrading exercise is conducted on anon-going basis in order to have a realistic measure of overall portfolio mix at any given point in time.

·Raise queries with Business Units regarding the CAs and follow up with them for speedy response in order to ensure that the proposals are processed in an expeditious manner within the stipulated time-frame as per the Bank’s standard service level agreement guidelines / benchmark parameters.

· Provide appropriate guidelines to the Relationship Managers and other staff members to ensure that the proposals are structured / tailored in line with the Bank’s prevailing credit policy and credit risk appetite and is also in compliance with the guidelines of the UAE Central Bank.

· Where credit approval decisions are in excess of delegated financial powers, credit proposal is escalated to the appropriate higher credit authority as required, with recommendation for supporting / not recommending the proposal. Same process is applicable to daily TT/e-mail transactions initiated by the Business Units covering cash payments, clearing transactions and trade finance transactions.

·Within discretionary powers, wherever applicable, approve credits + transactions on merit and with responsibility. Each credit decision (both approval and declines) to carry a formal noting along with justification / reasons / basis. Process Extracts of the CCC meetings covering proposals that have been cleared by the CCC, requiring approval of the Executive Committee and / or the Board of Directors for proposals that have been cleared by the Central Credit Committee. Discretionary authority for approvals within own discretion jointly with SMC up to AED 15m.

Education

Graduate Degree in Commerce or BBA with major in Finance or Banking.

Professional qualifications

Certified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London or equivalent.

Work Experience

At least 6 to 9 years of all-round Banking experience including exposure to Credit, Operations and Trade Finance areas.

Core experience of at least 3 to 6 years in Credit Dept. is essential out of which preferably at least 2 years in one of the leading UAE / GCC based Banks. Exposure to marketing area will be an added advantage.
