The role holder is responsible for leading the Environment, Health and Safety operations for Otis including risk assessment of processes and systems, designing and implementing programs in compliance with global standards and investigating safety breaches.   • Develops and implements strategic plans for own Department in line with the organizational objectives.
  • Reviews the financial performance of the Environment, Health and Safety Department against budgets to identify and capitalize on potential areas for cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
