Position Overview: The successful candidate will work closely with client managers and colleagues to ensure our clients receive excellent service. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated low-risk accounts, follows up on correspondences and works to strengthen and grow account relationships.

The perfect candidate will take on the responsibility of delivering top-notch skin care and eyebrow/eyelash services to our esteemed clientele such as eyelash lamination tint and extensions,eyebrow lamination and tint,facial treatments and deep clenasing sessions and make up together with retailing the products and tools that are used.

Proficiency in English is a required.

UAE experience is must.

The ideal Facialist should possess a keen understanding of contemporary skin care, products, and methodologies, ensuring the provision of exceptional services and guaranteeing guest commitment.Hairdressing school qualification (must)

Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
Prepare tender submissions and take offs Liaising with suppliers and
subcontractors.
Read and interpret plans Contract administration.

The Technical Coordinator will act as a liaison between our customers and technical department, ensuring efficient assignment of incoming requests, management of the Helpdesk ticketing application, and coordination of projects and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Liaison Role:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the technical department.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure customer needs and technical requirements are aligned.

- Ensure customers are kept informed of the status of their requests and any pertinent updates.

- **Request Management:**

- Assign incoming support requests to the appropriate technical personnel based on skill set and availability.

- Monitor and track the progress of requests to ensure timely resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Prioritize requests based on urgency and impact on business operations.

- **Helpdesk Management:**

- Manage and maintain the Helpdesk ticketing application, ensuring accurate logging and categorization of all support requests.

- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

- Implement and maintain best practices for ticket management and customer support.

- **Project Coordination:**

- Coordinate technical projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

- Work with project teams to develop timelines, assign responsibilities, and track project milestones.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.

- **PoC Coordination:**

- Oversee the coordination of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop PoC plans, objectives, and success criteria.

- Ensure PoCs are executed efficiently and effectively, providing feedback and results to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or coordination role, preferably within an IT service provider environment.

- Strong understanding of Helpdesk ticketing systems and best practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

- Proficiency with project management tools and software

The Pre-Sales System Engineer role is a front line position that partners closely with the Motorola Solutions key account Managers as well as our customers. You will be responsible to deliver customer-driven, world-class, leading-edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges that our customers face. The Pre-Sales System Engineer is the overall owner of the solutions’ technical design, incorporating products and services from both Motorola and third party companies. The team concentrates on the following mission-critical communications technologies at various levels of complexity: • Public safety grade mobile voice and data networks • Advanced mobile LMR and LTE devices • Integrated command and control: Dispatch Consoles, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) • Fixed and Mobile Video • Intelligence-Led Public Safety: Real time video and data analytics Job Description The primary role of the Pre-sales Engineer is to undertake high-level engineering tasks (such as High-Level Designs, Detail Designs, and System Architecture design) in support of major radio and video system opportunities. The Pre-sales System Engineer will be responsible for issuing technical solutions and designs during the tender phase and advice to various Project teams during implementation. Responsibilites: Provide technical advice on specialist areas of radio communications systems (P25, Tetra, DMR, HF, and LTE) and Fixed/Mobile video systems (BWC, In-vehicle system, CCTV) Describe system performance, features, and architecture to consultants and customers. Technical architect and system design responsible for new opportunities. System architecture design and dimensioning for Core sites, Radio/Remote sites and TX sites. Design and dimension systems to provide customer required features and performance criteria such as redundancy, grade of service (GoS) and link/path availability. Evaluate different Motorola technologies and determine the best fit for customer needs and budget (including the selection of third party products for use in system solutions). Work with Sales to develop overall sales strategies based on the customer’s requirements and resources. Formally present technical product information to customers, professional organizations, and consultant groups about Motorola products. Create and review system engineering deliverables (i.e. quotation, System Design Document, System Description Document, Bill of Materials, System Architecture Diagrams, Network Diagrams, Fleetmaps, Coverage Plots, Design and Capacity Calculations, and other High Level as well as Detail Design deliverables) Interface with product groups regarding solutions or new products. Use their understanding of systems to request new products, systems, and features from System Planning. Analyze radio traffic reports to ensure continued optimal use of the network facilities. Liasing with radio planning team to conduct Radio Coverage and Capacity studies and produce coverage maps. Complete RF studies including coverage analysis, frequency reuse and interference analysis. Support the Project team in understanding system requirements and development of solutions. Ensure that all aspects of the system design have been completed to a level that minimizes Motorola’s risk. Ensure an understanding of commercial conditions and appropriate responses to technical conditions. Ensure that all response recommendations made on behalf of Motorola will comply with all appropriate statutory regulations. Review all technical documentation. Produce factory & field acceptance test procedure documentation. Knowledge management activities to explore and acquire knowledge in order to keep up level of technical expertise. Report the current status of work on a regular basis. Basic Requirements The ideal candidate has the following skills and capabilities: More than 5 years of involvement with a wide range of radio communications and video systems including their design, specification and pre-sales activities. Technical Sales or customer relationship management experience Bachelors/Masters Degree in Communication, Computer, or Network Engineering is preferred. A positive attitude with a can-do mentality that enables you to be creative, resourceful and deliver results ·trong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences in English and French (French and English are mandatory, Arabic is an add-on) Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset Strong general knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures - both public and private (e.g. Tetra , P25, DMR, LTE) is highly desirable. Strong general knowledge of boarder security and safe city solutions (including Fixed and Mobile video) Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable. Knowledge of RF coverage predictions, traffic/capacity modeling, and related toolsets is an asset. Job Description

The Planning Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Project’s Baseline Program, Progress Reporting, Claims Preparation, Supporting the Project Manager in identifying and controlling the critical Tasks. Main tasks:

Represent Profile VOX in the UAE territory to develop B2B sales and activation of distributor partner network in UAE comprising of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah

  • On field job
  • product categories – interior and exterior wall cladding, skirting, interior decorative wall panels
  • Build a network of dealers and distributors in UAE- promote VOX building materials in various showrooms in the UAE
  • Work on projects with Designers and Architects - day to day servicing and project management needed. Build rapport with architects and designers
  • Promote VOX building materials amongst contractors of all sizes - big, medium, and small and in all Emirates - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah
  • Take full responsibility for the project from specifications to the execution
  • Meet monthly targets consistently
  • Manage dealers, distributors, designers, architects, contractors, real estate developers on a day to day basis
  • Provide professional and efficient services to all
  • Retain existing customers, attract and retain new customers
  • Follow brand strategy, brand values, and brand vision.
  • Sales performance will be measured against targets and goals set.

Candidate profile:

  • Fast learner - who can learn about the products and become and expert soon
  • Hardworker - willing to work hard daily. Be passionate about the brand and product.
  • 6-7 years of experience in sales (interior/exterior furnishing products, building materials or complementary categories) in one of our channels (specialist wholesalers, dealers, distributors and retailer.
  • DIY chains stores, showrooms, contractors),
  • Goal oriented, good negotiation skills,
  • Opened and high communication skills,
  • English proficiency - intermediate (B1) oral and written,
  • Driving license,
  • Open for B2B cooperation (B2B contract)
