You will be working under the general direction of the Head of Digital Communications and Website. You will liaise with other internal and external communicators. Consult with business leaders, project managers and subject matter experts to determine digital communication needs. Coordinate digital communication and change management activities with multiple partners across the business. Develop and implement strategic digital communication plans in support of the hospital programs, policies, and services.
Digital communications specialists are responsible for moderating digital communications throughout the organization. They use various resources, such as social media monitoring and tracking programs for both internal and external communications to follow, analyze and execute communications. Digital communications specialists work to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand meeting company standards to maintain and promote the positive image on behalf of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Identifies and influences opportunities to expand the JHAH online presence
2. Manages the development, testing, deployment, maintenance and further development of JHAH digital
programs, tools and activities.
3. Advices and supports management, developers and designers on best practices for web structure
functionality design and development.
4. Counseling business leaders/project managers in best approaches to organizational digital communications

Requirements



Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior digital communications role, healthcare experience preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with website content management systems and maintenance, CMS back-end and front-end development, and working knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint, HTML5 and CSS coding working knowledge.
Experience in creating and executing strategic communication plans.

Certifications/Other requirements as applicable

Project Management certification preferred
Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English, particularly as related to the requirements of Journalism.
Perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership, as well as a good knowledge of Saudi press regulations and local sensitivities so as to avoid controversy and offensiveness.

Job Description:

The role is responsible for the design and verification of Electrical systems at project sites. The role is based in Riyadh, but frequent travel to locations in Saudi Arabia is required. Occasional international travel is also expected.

Responsibilities Develop relationships with Partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity Assist Channel Partners in processing orders and returns either direct or via our distribution network Work with Channel Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfully Support Motorola Solutions’ video & access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and services to grow the customer base and increase baseline revenue Finding and adding new channel partners and supporting the Channel Sales Executives Team to close end-user opportunities Support the territory leaders in establishing monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned Channel Partners in the territory Work to discover new potential partner as resellers for Video & Access Control products Track sales activities using lead and project tracking software databases (Salesforce) Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering Basic Requirements Qualifications 4+ years of video security solutions sales experience. Experience in transactional business required 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience Physical security solutions experience is an asset Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken English & Arabic. Strong technical background and ability to speak about our products and solutions Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships A strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment Proven pipeline development through aggressive prospecting Exceptional presentation skills required Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level Ability to travel weekly in the assigned territory (~50% of territory travel) Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus Location & Travel Requirements: Travel will be no less than 50% of the time in KSA.
