Specialist Contracts

We are looking for a Specialists Contracts Engineer with Offshore experience to be based in Abu Dhabi.

  • Manage the lifecycle of contracts from inception through execution and close-out.
  • Prepare reports on contract status, performance and risks to management.
  • Participate and contributes to the development of project contract strategies and plans.
  • Ensures contractual agreements comply with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Develop & Administers all the applicable Contracts (FEED, EPC, PMC and other Contracts) for the Project. Supervises and guides the Project Management Consultants engaged by Company in handling the contractual and commercial matters of the Project.

  • Review the Project Procedures relevant to Contract development and administration function.
  • Follow up with Contractor until procedures are compliant with Project Requirements and are approved for use on the Project.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 17+ years of oil & gas experience.
  • Experience in Feasibility, Concept, FEED, Design, FEED, Design, Project Management, Project Contract administration experience.

    S3 International (S3I) is seeking an Executive Director to manage its Commercially Registered (CR) subsidiary in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and to assume lead responsibilities for advancing its S3I’s service opportunities portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).


    Responsibilities:


    The Executive Director plans, directs and formulates policies, sets the unit strategy and provides the overall direction of assigned enterprises/organizations for the development and delivery of products or services. The Executive Director is responsible for profit and loss operations of the currently registered CR (S3 Arabia [S3A]) and other emerging programs in his portfolio. These programs include supporting US Government Foreign Military Sales and direct contract sales operations in the KSA. He is responsible for health, welfare, and security of the S3A employee population performing permanent duty single and multiple year rotations and temporary duty assignments in the Kingdom. The Executive Director likewise is responsible for integrating new awarded opportunities either into the existing CR or to develop branches or other CR subsidiaries as warranted by Saudi law and US best business practices.


    The Executive Director also ensures the training and certification of the S3A work force as appropriate. Supervises business expansion efforts in the Kingdom as well as S3 Arabia with the CR General Manager reporting directly to the Executive Director. The Executive Director reports directly to the President of S3I, the parent company for all Saudi based operations, and coordinates with S3 International Business Developers.


    The Executive Director is responsible for responsible for developing S3A's long-term strategy and business plans with the S3A General Manager and the subsidiary’s Board of Directors. The Executive Director focuses on expanding opportunities, teams, partnerships, Joint Ventures, and prime / subcontracts overseas. Other specific duties include:


    • Develops long-term pipeline of opportunities and directs capture management IAW S3I business practices that closely parallel those of S3, the parent company.
    • Supervises internal and external business growth activities that target security assistance opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Coordinates closely with S3 International Business Developer(s) to support S3 efforts in other Mid-East, Northeast Asia countries but to lead all efforts in the Kingdom
    • Candidate for this position should have at least four years' experience helping companies identify, bid, and win new business opportunities.
    • The Executive Director should have OCONUS management experience on DoD or State Department contracts and demonstrate comparable managerial experience in industry at Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or higher positions.
    • The Executive Director should also have significant experience leading military aviation support operations. Has served in positions requiring very senior interaction with Government, Non-Government, US Military and/or foreign country Defense, State, or host nation Interior agencies.
    • Must understand and lead compliance efforts for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Ensures S3A and any branches for future CR’s comply with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and Corporate Quality Control Plan.
    • Previous contract experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a major advantage in applying for this position.

    Our client is seeking an Events Sales Manager for an F&B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:


    • To manage and oversee the operations of events and catering department.
    • Responsible for setting yearly budgets in line with year-on-year growth and business needs..
    • Responsible for the operational running of the corporate accounts.

    Requirements
