Direct progress of technical support staff, escalation team, engineering team and all other F5 resources in addressing customer production issues, function as point-of-contact for issue management. Create and manage comprehensive plans of action to resolve technical issues affecting F5 customers. Provide post-mortem review and analysis as required by internal teams or customers. Interface closely with field teams to ensure coordinated and consistent messaging from F5 during an incident. Analyze the resulting relationship between F5 and the customer. This position is a bridge contract to a current contract, and will last for 2 months with a possible additional 3 month extension. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting the implementation and support of IT networking hardware within a Data Center. Candidates should have an understanding of network hardware, electrical power, heating, cooling, redundancy, availability, disaster recovery, fire suppression, access control, physical security, and facility support.

Responsibilities:
Network/communications hardware installation, integration, and configuration.
Physically install cable switches, routers, firewalls, Virtual Private Network (VPN) hardware, console interfaces, racks, and other associated hardware.
Configure switches, routers, firewalls, VPN hardware, console interfaces, racks, and associated hardware.
Provide on-site network communications touch labor support, including: power-cycling devices, verification of cabling, verification of power, re-cabling devices, re-terminating cabling, component replacement, and device relocation.
Install, terminate, label, and repair cables (copper and fiber) in accordance with customer provided work orders and/or engineering solutions.
Install supporting conveyance, patch panels and trunks in accordance with customer provided work orders and/or engineering solutions.
Perform independent verification and validation on baseline network.
Perform turn-over of installed communications hardware to technical/operational staff.
Perform cable terminations for both fiber and Ethernet with proper labeling; provide circuit terminations and configurations, and switch port configurations as needed.
Provide administrative space cabling and connections.
Act as a point of contact for communications with customers to ensure devices are connected, configured, and passing traffic normally.
Participate in annual planning and provide input for Continuity of Operations (COOP).

Skill Requirements:
A total of 5 years of network communications experience in the IT industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience using and implementing commercial communications hardware.
Minimum of 2 years of experience using communications hardware test and monitoring equipment.
Experience installing network switches such as Cisco and/or Brocade, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and console interfaces.
Experience installing, terminating, and repairing cables (copper and fiber).

To ensure that the correct blend, condition, and feed rate of wheat is set for the

milling units.

To ensure that capacity is maintained, any reduction or loss of capacity is reported

and addressed as timely as possible.

To ensure that the milling equipment set up is as per requirement to maintain the

desired outcomes in terms of product specification and output rates.

To ensure that regular checks are made throughout the shift to verify and record

equipment setting and sample collection supporting equipment performance.

To ensure that all the mill documents are aligned with FSMS, and audit requirements

are addressed during your shift.

Being an active and forthcoming FSMS team member, take active participation in

FSMS internal audit, coordinate with your shift staff to follow the FSMS regulatory

requirements and always update the staff with current FSMS requirements.

To ensure that key flour streams are monitored, and online product specification are

in line with requirements.

To ensure that the equipment is operating properly, and address or report suspected

imminent failures in advance to minimize any unplanned lost time.

To ensure that all filter equipment is operating effectively, reporting any failure,

ensuring the there is NO fugitive release to atmosphere.

To ensure that the production schedule is adhered to, and production targets are

met as planned.

To ensure that all stocks leaving the mill are directed to the correct finish product

To document and record all information (e.g., weigher reading, quality control

account of your shift’s performance detailing any anomalies experienced.

To be able to calibrate and adjust measuring equipment as directed to ensure
