KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement Gathering & Client Service:

  • Good knowledge on the authority requirements, interior design, fit out (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Joinery Works) keeping MEP works key
  • Good command on reading & reviewing engineering/CAD drawings
  • Identify the work force requirement for the project

  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Identification of the right work force to execute the project (Internal Team/External Suppliers)
  • Communicate & get confirmation of project scope & price from Supplier (Get formal quote)
  • Communicate & get confirmation of the work force availability & schedule
  • Coordinate the work with Client & Work Force (Internal Team/External Supplier)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications:

  • MEP Technician with (ITI Certificate / diploma / engineering or equivalent)
  • 2 to 7 years of experience as MEP Technician in Interior Design / Fit Out / Technical Services / Electromechanical Companies

Key competencies:

  • Solid knowledge in the MEP along with Site Management
  • Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in using computers, internet, search engines like google.
