We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following qualifications:
- At least 15 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Expertise in the clothing industry.
- Experience in wholesale trade.
- Knowledge of distribution channels.
- Possession of an extensive customer database of clothing traders across Egypt.
- Experience dealing with key accounts and hypermarkets.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop strategic plans.
- Skilled in creating sales and commission plans.
Salary and commission will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in export and e-commerce is a plus.

ü Oversees the processing of customer orders.
ü Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
ü Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
ü Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
ü Communicate with forwarders to achieve profitable deals and ensure customer satisfaction
ü Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments, and ensure accuracy of purchase orders and shipping documents. Tracking and fixing shipping errors
ü Reviews all shipping labels and packaging to ensure that they meet the company's regulations.
ü Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible, and ensure that all expenditures stay within the company budget

• As a Sales Manager at Avidbeam, you will be responsible for expanding our client list and identifying new opportunities in Saudi Arabia to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help our business grow. • You ll be driving our growth machine, reaching out to businesses, meeting clients, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with high-value customers in video surveillance eco system. We seek a dynamic and experienced sales manager who will lead B2B sales operations and drive business growth in KSA.
• You will also work closely with Senior Management to execute our strategy in Saudi Arabia, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Saudi local regulations.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, relationship management and a deep understanding of the video surveillance ecosystem in KSA.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of the video surveillance market with its ecosystem players; surveillance camera vendors, system integrators, video management system vendors, hardware vendors and distributors.
• Experience building relationships with clients in KSA in the surveillance market.
• Experience selling software products and/or system integration services.
• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective partners in Saudi Arabia, and then aggressively pursuing the highest value relationships to close.
• Deep understanding of how to create a new business offering from scratch via different forms of partnerships while keeping a laser focus on revenue, profitability, and market share growth
• Recommending and implementing appropriate strategies and design tactics to improve B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of the Video Surveillance industry, technology trends and competitor strategies to make effective decisions and compromises
• Maintaining an expert level understanding of AvidBeam video analytics products to provide knowledgeable support to top clients and potential partners both externally and internally
• Maintain a strong personal network, actively participate in professional organizations, and attend conferences, and industry events to enhance the company s brand visibility
• Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and implement sales strategies that will further drive enhanced revenue generation for the business
