EXPERIENCED FRENCH LANGUAGE TEACHER POSITION

About the Client


The client (Principal) is a high-profile executive, based in Dubai.

You would be in-charge of instructing the Principal. From time to time, you will probably give some lessons to his other family members.


You would be a part of a team working for the client.

The project


  • We are looking for 1 French Teacher ready to start working as soon as possible.
  • You must have already been working for VIP or private employers in the past. This is a mandatory criteria.
  • You are used to work on private demands and adapt your training courses to specific and individual demands. You must speak, write and read French fluently as well as English since the family speaks english and they need to make sure the family and yourself can understand each other properly.
  • You are ideally a French native (preferred to be detailed/sharing your culture and the French way of life).
  • We are looking for someone who is used to work under very high standards and responds to high demand.

This is a permanent position with a 3 month period of probation.

You will report directly to the Principal and you will define your lessons based on the Principal's needs and goals in terms of learning the French language. Mister is used to take French classes privately and therefore, he has already gained some knowledge in French.

The family is looking for an Experienced and Reliable French teacher to work with them.


You must have significative experience as a French Teacher in the past, both in institutional organizations such as schools or university AND equally in a private environment, especially for VIPs. Candidates who have not gathered both experiences will not be accepted for this position.

You should be teaching and explaining to the Principal, and especially to Mister who is passionate about France, French culture and the French language.

You should also be preparing lesson plans and sessions as per the different levels in between the family members, as mentioned above, most likely for the Principal who will be your main student.

In addition to this, you should be motivating the Principal to learn the French language. The challenge is to deliver comprehensive lessons in a private environment. The reason why we have been requested to find candidates who have a previous significant experience in private households is that candidates understand that they need to be on the one hand, flexible, and on the other hand, entertaining

Indeed, the family is not looking. for a standard university class, a relaxing leisure activity as opposed to a formal lecture.


To succeed in this job role, you will be focusing on various assessments, which include written and oral exercises.

You should be paying extra attention to the members of the family with different capabilities, if ever the Principal will require you to help his family members from time to time. Further details will be defined during your interview with the Principal.

Performing various administrative tasks as and when necessary is mandatory for this position.

As a French teacher, you should possess an excellent ability to communicate in the French language, and equally in the English language. We are expecting candidates who can write, read and speak English, avoiding grammatical mistakes.

You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks as per their priorities.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and planning French teaching strategies.
  • Implementing teaching lessons according to each member's level, but especially the Principal (Further details will be discussed during the interview for this position, in case you are shortlisted).
  • Explaining to the Principal willing to learn french, in the french language.
  • Developing teaching materials and teaching aids.
  • Performing administrative tasks if needed.
  • Paying extra attention to struggling members of the family.
  • Preparing assessments like exercises, unlikely to examinations and tests.
  • Ensuring the family member learning French, to pronounce French words correctly.
  • Conducting innovative sessions for the Principal/family
  • Communicating with the Principal/family in the French language.
  • Preparing lessons as per the educational curriculum and adapting it to the needs of the Principal/family, especially Mister.
  • Taking feedback from the Principal/family.
  • Organizing fun activities and events to facilitate language learning.
  • Maintaining reports for future reference.
  • Researching various teaching methods and materials, always remaining flexible and adaptive to the client

Desired profile

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in the French language, French Literature, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working as a French teacher or a similar role in the Educational field.
  • You must have already been working for VIP or private employers in the past. This is a mandatory criteria.
  • You must have significative experience as a French Teacher in the past, BOTH in institutional organizations such as schools or university (for adults) AND equally in a private environment, especially for VIPs
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to converse in the French language, written, read and spoken.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You need to have the capacity of understanding that working for a private household is very different than teaching a class of several students. The approach must be customized.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks as per the priorities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Hard-working and reliable individual.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills.

  • You must be very autonomous and able to report and respect the family in the same time.
  • You are healthy and dynamic.
  • You are very positive and enthusiastic.
  • You are well organized.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, generally speaking.
  • You are comfortable working with VIPs.
  • You are a good educator, teacher and you make sure that the family has a good time learning with you.
  • You make sure that the lessons are always appropriate, especially depending on the age of each family member.
  • You are patient.
  • You are a smiling person, you like to work with private individuals and you are discrete. You have a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • You make people feel comfortable learning and spending time with you, avoiding stress.
  • You are always on time and present well, you have a real sense of human relations and communication comes with an ease to you.
  • You have a Native level in French and Advanced level in English - Written, Read & Spoken.
  • You have a CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD, you are honest and trustworthy.

Salary : EUR 4000 - EUR 6000.

To be defined depending on profiles (salary could be paid UAD which would be the equivalent of the amount in euros).

Package : Included is private accommodation (to be shared with another female staff member), flight tickets to Dubai, working permits and health insurance.

Requirements


The Ideal Candidate would have:

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (required). A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of patient experience best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
3. Certification in patient experience or related areas (such as Certified Patient Experience Professional - CPXP) is desirable but not mandatory.
Extensive experience (typically 8-10 years) in healthcare administration, patient experience, or a related field.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
5. Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering (Functional & Technical)
- Monitor project workstreams against scope & plan.
- Participate in workshops/brainstorming sessions during approach & planning discussions and provide inputs.
- Vendor response analysis
- Documentation of as is to future process
- Data Analysis
- Communication and collaboration - Prepare and provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress update to program stakeholders including the project team members, covering program plan, key activities completed, upcoming activities, key risks and issues with mitigations and resolutions.
- Market Analysis – due diligence for specific trend, industry norms and future strategies in coordination with workstream leads.
- Coordination and collaboratively working with multiple stakeholders
- Project planning – Including but not limited to project timelines, risk, mitigations, updates to management.
- Scheduling – Multiple sessions scheduling during program journey including but not limited to various MS teams calls and in-person sessions between teams/stakeholders.
- Stakeholder communication – Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned task and take it to closure
- Meeting co-ordination and leading/driving these sessions end to end.
- Documentation of activities under program governance
- Task Management with defined timelines and timely escalation management.
- Progress Tracking / Risk Management
- Quality checks
- Budget Tracking & Management including preparation of cost memos, budgeting sheets tracking/updating and publishing reports.
- Vendors invoice payments
- Vendor coordination

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our ladies salon team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments to our clients, including nail care services. You should have a passion for the beauty industry and be knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality beauty services to clients, including classic & gel manicures/pedicures, Gel nail extension, nail art..etc.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques, and make recommendations to clients as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing all tools and equipment after use
  • Promote salon services and products to clients, and upsell additional treatments as appropriate
  • Keep accurate records of client information and services provided
  • Attend training sessions and continuing education classes to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of eyelash extension is a plus
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
