Provide a dedicated and comprehensive service to the intermediaries and acting as the primary escalation point of contact for intermediaries within the assigned portfolio and deliver the highest level of service and care.
Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders (Internal / External) to ensure that service objectives are met.
Collaborate with different departments in Cigna to come up with best solution to client s issues or suggestions.
Maintain appropriate and accurate records of broker interactions, discussions, broker-visits
Qualification :
min 1 - 2 years experience working within Quality Management / Validation
Ideally Insurance industry
Bachelor Degree in Business / Healthcare or similar

Senior FINPRO Broker

The Regional FINPRO team in DIFC is a multinational/multicultural team responsible for the development, placement and servicing of FINPRO business throughout the MENA region.

The team collaborates with colleagues from Marsh’s regional organization, its extensive retail network and other global FINPRO hubs to provide specialist client servicing capabilities, world-class product solutions and access to local/regional markets.

The Senior FINPRO Broker will be responsible for advisory and placement of a client’s risk within the (re)insurance and risk marketplace to ensure that we retain existing business and support network for new wins for our challenging growth targets. The role requires enhanced technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills to obtain the best terms, conditions, coverage, and pricing for a client from the reinsurance market and excellent communication skills to liaise with the network and present our terms and make recommendations to clients and prospects.

  • Strong engagement with retail teams across MENA for both predominantly focused on new business to:

  • Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion
  • Consult management/practice / retail team on highly complex client issues or claims and develop clear and concise communication and drive the development of solutions for excellent client service

What you need to have: 

  • Relevant college/university degree preferable but not essential
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance preferably in broking
  • Good technical knowledge in reinsurance of Financial and Professional Lines products (i.e Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Indemnity, Commercial Crime, Bankers Blanket Bond, Specie products..)
  • Ability to read and analyse financial statements
  • Growth mindset with a sales focus
  • Strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking ability
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • No travel restrictions across the region (and globally)

Department Overview Motorola Solutions is looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to work within our Systems Integration International Finance team. A core part of the role is specifically accountable for and focused on overseeing and coordinating the project financials on critical, highly visible deployment projects in Oman. However, the role will also work across the International region in developing the Finance support, partnership and insight on Emerging Technologies* in the Systems Integration (SI) business. This is a business critical role that will directly support the Oman project team, as well as our Systems Integration leadership team for International. *Emerging Technologies currently encompasses our Mobile & Fixed Video, as well as Unified Communications SI. Job Description 1. Lead the rolling forecast (“CV”) process for Oman. This primarily covers revenue, margin and cash. It includes the preparation, review/interlock with key stakeholders, insight and submission. Allied to this is managing expectations, accuracy, and prompt identification of risks/opportunities, driving ownership and mitigation strategies by the project team. 2. Control and forecasting of other key project metrics, such as the quarterly POC Asset/Liability position and Billing status. 3. Risk management and control. Liaise with local audit partners. 7. Project team and customer support. (a) Partner with project team and FOC to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. (b) Monitor project expenditures, analyse cost trends, and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities or potential risks. (c) Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data, including project forecasts, budget updates, and cost allocation. (d) Be prepared to step-in and work directly with the customer to mutually improveoutcomes. 8. Coordinate the Long Range Plan (LRP) process for Oman. As part of the Jun CV cycle each year, with particular focus on revenue, margin and cash. 9. Develop and embed reporting for SI International where it pertains to EmergingTechnologies. This is likely to include collaborating across the matrix to redefine frameworks and inputs. 10. Partner the UC SI Leader. Bring the cadences, quality of reporting and insight of this newlyestablished piece of the SI team up to the standards of the rest of the SI regions. Basic Requirements University Degree preferred Accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) required 3+ years’ experience working in Finance/Accounting roles demonstrating clear career path and development, preferably in a complex, matrixed organisation.   • You will establish objectives, coordinates, and monitors COMUSNAVCENT CHMR programs and evaluates CHMR programs' effectiveness, efficiency, integrity, and economy.
  • You will advise the Commander on status, progress, and problems with setting up and conducting CHMR programs and plans.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for the establishment of the COMUSNAVCENT CHMR Steering Committee (CHMR SC) and the main POC at the working level for the CHMR Steering Committee and its subsidiary entities.
  • You will work closely with command staff on efforts to integrate CHMR concerns into the command’s strategy, planning, programming, and policy.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing existing plans for effective incorporation of CHMR policies and issues and ensuring that any new or revised plans or strategies incorporate CHMR measures.

Qualifications

2. Prepare briefings, presentations, and decision memoranda to support deliberations and decisions by the Commander on CHMR issues.
