Project civil bidding work:

  • Responsible for the technical management and process management of project civil engineering bidding, and contract technical decomposition and risk analysis of bidding documents;
  • Responsible for writing the project scope of work, design principles and technical assumptions, and proposing pre-bid technical clarification;
  • Participate in the inspection, discussion, clarifications, contract negotiations, coordination meetings, etc. of determined bidding projects, and handle relevant contracts, agreements, and commercial documents during the project bidding process;

Relevant Experience:

  • Well-versed with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards, including ASTM, AISC, ACI, Euro codes/BS, UBC, ASCE 7, IBC, SBC, Saudi Aramco, SEC standard, Process Industry Practices (PIP). etc
  • Understanding of 3D model development, layout drawing development & review in totality along with the necessary resolution for all the clashes and inconsistencies found.
  • Ability to quickly assess and make recommendations (rapid problem solving) for any relevant subject matter.
  • Experience in Developing the layout arrangement & various equipment arrangement requirements during the design stage.
  • Experience to manage and prepare the Bill of quantity, providing input for the project schedule & resource requirements and support to the site team.
  • Client experience includes major clients like Saudi Aramco, ACWA, Masdar, SEC, SWCC, DEWA, would be preferred.
  • Have good experience and communication skills to liaise with fabrication parties, subcontractors, clients or the third party. Have coordination skills to organize and arrange engineering work and handle interface issues.
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of business management including contract management, monitor management, risk identification, etc.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Location: Saudi Arabia

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, such as Open (Combined) cycle power station, Seawater Desalination, Waste water treatment Substation, PV, BESS, ICE, Wind Farm, Geothermal project.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified BIM Manager/Senior Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM-driven design and documentation, proficient in Autodesk software suite including Revit and Civil 3D, and familiar with Navisworks, BIM 360 for coordination and management. Knowledge of Synchro 4D and ArcGIS is preferred, and international BIM project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the engineering management or bidding work of one or more projects.
  • Responsible for the equipment technical management of one or more projects,
  • Responsible for work summary and experience feedback of the project.
  • Responsible for decomposing the electrical part of the EPC technical contract to ensure that the design meets the requirements of the EPC contract;

  • Understanding of Electrical primary system, secondary system, protection system & review in totality along with the necessary resolution for all the clashes and inconsistencies found.
  • Ability to quickly assess and make recommendations (rapid problem solving) for any relevant subject matter.
  • Experience in Developing the SLDs & electrical calculation reports during the design stage.
  • Experience to manage and prepare the Bill of quantity, providing input for the project schedule & resource requirements and support to the site team.
  • Client experience includes major clients like Saudi Aramco, ACWA, Masdar, SEC, SWCC, DEWA, would be preferred.
  • Have good experience and communication skills to liaise with fabrication parties, subcontractors, clients or the third party. Have coordination skills to organize and arrange engineering work and handle interface issues.
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of business management including contract management, monitor management, risk identification, etc.
