    Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in furniture and home furnishings, dedicated to providing high-quality products that enhance living spaces. With a strong focus on design and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join their team.


    We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who is a recent graduate of any interior design course. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in furniture and home furnishings, and who are eager to start their career in sales within a dynamic and creative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing them with product information and design advice.
    • Actively promote and sell furniture and home furnishings to meet sales targets and objectives.
    • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and design trends to effectively assist customers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
    • Assist in managing showroom displays and ensuring that products are well-stocked and presented.
    • Gather customer feedback to relay to management for product and service improvement.


    Requirements

    • Recent graduate with a degree in Interior Design or a related field.
    • Strong interest in furniture and home furnishings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
    • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Wiling to work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (10am -6:30pm ) 
    • Willing to be assigned in Dubai or Sharjah Showroom.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    Site Supervision: Manage and oversee all electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities on industrial project sites.

    Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to ensure electrical work aligns with project timelines and specifications.

    Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical systems and installations meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.

    Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any electrical issues or faults that arise during the project, coordinating with relevant teams for effective solutions.

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements for all electrical works.

    Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical installations, modifications, and testing procedures, ensuring accurate documentation for project completion.

    Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

    Client Interaction: Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of electrical work and address any concerns promptly.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer, particularly in industrial projects.

    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, installation, testing, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems.

    Industry Knowledge: Expertise in industrial electrical systems, materials, and safety standards.

    Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

    Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently on-site.

    UAE Experience: Prior experience working on industrial projects in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is highly preferred.
