We seek a dynamic and experienced sales manager who will lead B2B sales operations and drive business growth in KSA.
• You will also work closely with Senior Management to execute our strategy in Saudi Arabia, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Saudi local regulations.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, relationship management and a deep understanding of the video surveillance ecosystem in KSA.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of the video surveillance market with its ecosystem players; surveillance camera vendors, system integrators, video management system vendors, hardware vendors and distributors.
• Experience building relationships with clients in KSA in the surveillance market.
• Experience selling software products and/or system integration services.
• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective partners in Saudi Arabia, and then aggressively pursuing the highest value relationships to close.
• Deep understanding of how to create a new business offering from scratch via different forms of partnerships while keeping a laser focus on revenue, profitability, and market share growth
• Recommending and implementing appropriate strategies and design tactics to improve B2B sales.

Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support the growth objectives of our lines of businesses. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and attract target audiences to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives. You should be flexible and open to take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Work closely with other internal departments and senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each line of business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
Utilize market insights to tailor marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage specific audience segments.
Develop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets for effective implementation of strategies.
2. Content Management:
Coordinate website development and website management across the group.
Visualize, create and manage content for various marketing channels including websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content such as testimonials, case studies, and success stories to showcase the value proposition of our services.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies and seasonal trends.
3. Digital Marketing:
Plan, develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Provide reports to senior management on effectiveness and recommendations.
4. SEO Strategy Development & Optimization:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to company websites.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize content accordingly.
Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure they are search engine friendly.
Develop, execute and monitor link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
Engage in outreach efforts to promote content and build relationships with industry influencers.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with company's goals and target audience.
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of optimized content.
Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve SEO strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Continuously test and implement new SEO techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
5. Brand Management and Promotion:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
Develop promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition in target markets.
6. Event Management:
Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities across all lines of business.
Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
Track and report on the success of events, including ROI and attendee feedback.
7. Lead Generation and Conversion:
Implement lead-generation campaigns to attract potential clients and customers.
Nurture leads through email marketing, targeted content, and follow-up strategies.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
8. Collaboration and Partnerships:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects efficiently.
Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Negotiate, foster and manage partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and support for marketing initiatives.
9. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
