Accountabilities

· Follow up and review Contractors schedules and plans.

· Review of Weekly / Monthly progress from Contractors.

· Daily hands on and follow up of the activities.

· Assist and reviewing, Contractors with their schedule development and reporting.

· Ensures the work is driven to schedule and is kept current and updated on a regular basis for submission to the Project Management Team (PMT).

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure exams operations and supporting resource meet customer experience requirements and ensure exams integrity on the ground. This role is ultimately responsible for efficient, effective, and compliance of exams delivery, managing cost, risk and contingency on the ground and setting standards, developing and managing the performance of their team.
The post holder will be required to support other locations in the country and may be required to extensively travel in such circumstances. Post may also be required to work in flexible shift patterns depending on business needs.

Main Accountabilities:

Service Delivery

  • Receives instructions and requests from operations manager and organises given resources accordingly (often at short notice) to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Adapts work plans where necessary to meet customer expectations.
  • Supervises and monitors administration of tests by proctors and supervisors; ensures that test instructions are accurate and that appropriate testing environments are maintained.
  • Uses a range of standardised systems and processes to plan and coordinate effective, timely and cost effective logistical support to enable the delivery of high quality services to a range of customers (internal and/or external)
  • Keeps informed of advancing technology in standardized test administration, computer-based testing, machine scoring, and associated software

Are you an experienced Business Development Specialist? Do you have a passion for Biotechnology and its influence on our future?
We are currently working with an innovative Biotechnology start-up looking for experienced Business Development or Account Executives to join their growing team. Here they are using IVD to develop non-invasive pre-cancer tests. This gives them the opportunity to speed up the diagnostic process whilst keeping the accuracy of results.
If successful your responsibilities would include:
• Understand the company s product as well as the industry keeping up with trends and development.
• Qualify new leads from marketing campaigns as well as proactively seeing new business opportunities.
• Identify clients needs and follow up with appropriate products
• Develop long term relationships with clients
• Meet sales and customer develop goals on schedule reporting closely to the business director.
To be successful your career to-date experience will include:
• Experience as a Business Development representative, Account Executive or similar
• Hands-on experience in a variety of sales techniques for the BioTech industry
• Experience achieving sales quotas
• Background in biology, medicine or similar
