We are looking for a Local Product Manager to join our global expert team to support and extend our localized solutions in Public Sector for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll according to local legal regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

We are looking for someone who can:


  • Drive the entire product life cycle, starting with the continuous roll-in of legal requirements from local authorities with a focus on payroll.
  • Advise customers on localization best practices, adherence to standard solutions, extensibility options, and project implementation recommendations.
  • Describe requirements in detail as a basis for development backlog planning which you will align in tight collaboration with global development teams.
  • Validate solution increments as part of the agile development process to ensure high quality.

EXPERIENCE / ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven working experience with payroll software as an implementation consultant, auditor, or product manager for the Public Sector industry.
  • Must have experience working as a consultant in at least two SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects in the public sector discipline. Any experience of implementation experience in the private sector is a plus.
  • Strong team player in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in localization development and the ability to maintain oversight on arising legal requirements while being able to evaluate and describe complex product requirements in detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network across various groups, such as development, field teams, and customers.
  • Fluency in English must and knowing the Arabic language to speak, write and read is a plus.

Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Governance - Senior Manager

Our client, a prominent government entity based in Ajman, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly established department and directly support the General Counsel. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing essential procedures, policies, and processes related to graft and corruption, whistle blowing, conflict of interest, bribery, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Governance department.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure ethical practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to address graft and corruption, whistleblower protection, conflict of interest, and bribery.
  • Collaborate with analysts and other business units to ensure cohesive and effective governance.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the General Counsel on all matters related to ethics and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria

  • A degree in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance roles.
  • Relevant certifications in ethics, compliance, or related areas.
  • Experience in industries such as engineering, power and energy, oil, or property development is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a newly established department, demonstrating initiative and innovation.

Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

  • The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes on construction projects. They ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to address quality issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans for construction projects, including defining quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
  • Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

  • Minimum 10 Years of GCC Construction Experience
  • 05 Year of High-Rise Building Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant Field
