We will rely on you to:

  • Independently prepare and handle cargo and hull slips.
  • Seek and obtain terms from insurers.
  • Analyze terms against the risks involved.
  • Present terms to clients for their consideration and assist in decision-making.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best possible coverage for clients.
  • Ensure that all broking activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

What you need to have: 

  • Previous experience in marine broking.
  • Good understanding of cargo and hull insurance.
  • Analytical skills to assess risk and evaluate insurance terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of operating systems, web services, and API
  • Proven support experience in software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and assimilate information rapidly

The teams provide technical support coverage for our clients in different regions worldwide, therefore, the timings are 12.30pm to 10.00pm and 3.30pm to 1.00am.
