SISD is seeking Secondary Supply Teachers on an ad hoc basis to join our thriving school. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly step into various subject classrooms, ensuring continuity in academic instruction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for distributing and overseeing completion of cover work, tailored to maintain curriculum momentum. A key aspect of the role is to support and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Description

You will need minimal guidance and have a history of working under your own direction.

You will have a weekly review on workload and quality to ensure than all aspects in relation to the bid match and are at the highest level this client is seeking. Job duties and responsibilities

· Candidate must have 5-10 years of experience as a QA QC Civil Engineer for Industrial Building and Steel Structural within UAE.

  • Capable of developing and implementing detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards and quality control systems are.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment’s, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.

5. Client Support and Service Management

  • Oversee the client onboarding process, including KYC/AML verification.

6. Team Leadership and Training

  • Lead and manage the operations team, including back-office, client support, IT, and risk management departments.

  • Ensure the broker maintains adequate liquidity and manage relationships with liquidity providers.
  • Monitor trade execution quality to ensure best pricing and minimize slippage.

8. Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate and analyze operational reports on trade volumes, client deposits/withdrawals, customer issues, and platform performance.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on the operational health of the brokerage.

9. Budget and Cost Control

  • Oversee the operational budget and ensure cost-efficiency in systems, staffing, and vendor management.

10. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between different departments (sales, marketing, compliance, IT) to ensure smooth workflows and consistency in client experience.

Qualification: Completion of Graduation or a higher technical diploma in IH or occupational Health or related field. Proficient in written and spoken English. Computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint). 3 years driving experience.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Support the Industrial Hygienist with the implementation and execution of the Industrial Hygiene Program.

· Perform industrial hygiene surveys in the workplace. Heat Stress monitoring, Noise Surveys, Chemical exposure monitoring, Lighting surveys, Radiation surveys, Ergonomic surveys and Contractor Welfare facilities and Food Safety Hygiene inspections etc.

· Prepare all industrial hygiene sampling media / consumables and ensure dispatch of samples to external analytical facilities. Maintain inventory of all IH consumables / media

· Provide day-to-day operation & management of the IH Laboratory & Equipment

· Manage all IH equipment, including routine maintenance & calibration requirements.

· Conducts PTW monitoring on active permits. Provides oversight on Contractor's activities.

· To help in managing all respirator fit testing requirements, including fit testing & record keeping
