Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for patients.

- Professionally handle all telephone inquiries.

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing our appointment system efficiently.

- Process necessary documentation.

- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

- Handle billing and insurance documentation as required.

- Engage in general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the clinic.

- Record payments and perform account reconciliations.

- Resolve patient issues promptly.

- Staff coordination.

- Equipment and supplies management.

- Tracker and contracts management.

Skills:

- Communication: Excellent English speaker who can converse clearly over the telephone and in person.

- Organization, Time Management, and Multitasking: Effectively manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

- Attention to Detail: Schedule patients correctly and communicate scheduling difficulties with providers.

- Technological Skills: Tech-savvy, proficient in using clinic management software, and adept with word processing and spreadsheet programs.

- Interpersonal Skills: Interact positively with patients who may be upset or stressed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospital Administration or Business Administration.

- Minimum 1 year experience in Health care field.

Kindly note this position requires an availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with a weekday off (1 Day).
