We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Abroad Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic e-commerce business. As the Abroad Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our international operations and ensuring the smooth flow of our business activities across different regions. Your exceptional coordination skills will contribute to our overall success in expanding our customer base globally.

Responsibilities:

1. International Logistics Management:

· Coordinate and oversee international shipping and logistics operations.

· Collaborate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

· Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

2. Supply Chain Coordination:

· Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management across international warehouses.

· Coordinate the replenishment and distribution of products to meet demand in different regions.

· Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

· Ensure compliance with all relevant international import and export regulations.

· Manage and maintain accurate records of all international shipments, customs documentation, and permits.

· Stay updated on any changes in international trade laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations.

4. Vendor Management:

· Collaborate with international suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely product sourcing.

· Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms and pricing for products and services.

· Assist in identifying and onboarding new international vendors to expand our product range.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Provide support and guidance to regional teams to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

· Share insights and recommendations to improve international operations and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.

- Proven experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using software and tools related to logistics and supply chain management.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce environment.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

HSE Officer

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and fostering a safe work environment. This role involves conducting risk assessments, training employees, investigating incidents, and implementing effective HSE practices to maintain regulatory compliance and reduce incidents in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Monitor and improve safety measures and systems.
  • Organize drills and emergency response exercises to prepare for unexpected situations.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
  • Prepare reports on findings, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Oversee environmental management practices, including waste disposal, pollution control, and energy conservation.
  • Manage incident responses related to environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HSE role.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures effectively.

This role will be hybrid i.e. on-site and remote. You will be required to visit the office most days, however the job will entail being out of site for content creation often. Thus, a driver’s license and/or means to travel to/from work and out of site locations is a must.

Elevator Installation Technician

Vacancy : Elevator Installation Technician
Function : New Installation
Salary offered : 1500 AED – 2300 AED based on KONE experience

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:

  • Assist in performing the technical job as per the approved electrical / mechanical drawings provided.
  • Monospace trained with KONE Passport Mandatory
  • Good understanding of elevator installation process for shaft survey upto final snag works and preparation for handover to the client.
  • Mandatory to have written and spoken English knowledge.
  • Candidates must have a good understanding of the shop drawings.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics and maintain and install the equipment accordingly
  • Should have knowledge of all safety procedures at site
  • Report any abnormalities (interior as well as exterior), missing components etc. observed, to the Supervisor.
  • Carry out adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for elevators in the assigned area, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.
  • Be aware of Magenta quality procedures, safe working procedures, work requirements etc. and ensure 100% compliance to the company requirement.

Attend any training / Communication / technical courses by provided by the company.

  • Should assist in dealing effectively and courteously with customers on a day- to-day basis. Critical issues to be reported immediately to the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Any other duties, as directed by the Supervisor/ Manager that will help to improve the service delivery or business activities of Magenta in the field of service and repairs.
  • Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in Elevator/Escalator installation of KONE Products.
  • Can join immediately

Salary: Up to AED 2,300 per month based on experience and qualifications.

Potential candidate -

  • ITI or diploma holder, vocational/technical course certificate holder
  • Minimum of two years new installation experience in the elevator & Escalator in KONE.
  • Must have Kone Passport & Monospace trained.

  • Must have good english communication skills – both written and verbal.
