What can you expect:

The role is to act as focal point for a large book of business, bringing together the different areas of Marsh to deliver superior service and advice to the client. Embedded within a team of colleagues and in a collaborative approach with team / senior leader, he/she should hold the lead in the client relationship delivering excellent service as required with abundant technical and commercial knowledge with a commitment to excellence. We will rely on you to:

  • Manage client portfolio independently with multiple industry focus. Build and maintain relationships with clients, to provide best in class service and drive growth.

  • Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines, collaborate with other organizational practices to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.

  • Deliver day-to-day administration as per company standards including liaising with internal teams as required, mid-term changes and contract reviews.

What you need to have: 

  • University Degree.

  • 5-7 years of insurance experience preferably in a multinational organization, UAE market experience would be an asset.

    - Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP, interior and civil constriction.
    - Direct responsibility for the submission to Dubai municipality, Dubai civil defense and all other authorities.
    - Estimate the resource requirements in line with the target programs.
    - Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project and specifying the nature and quality of materials.
    - Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation and codes of practice where appropriate and obtain permits.
    - Raise requisition for timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with target program.
    - Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program.
    - Inspect and monitor health and safety Hazards on site.
    - Undertake maximum presence on construction site for full time site inspections and supervision.
    - Obtain and control periodical progress bills from sub-contractors and certify the quantity of work done.
    - Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.
    - Keep abreast with markets trends to insure adequate awareness and information about new solutions and materials.
