Resident Engineer Theme Park

We are seeking to recruit a Theme Park Senior Resident Engineer for a full-time permanent position with Tier 1 Engineering Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh (KSA) Middle east.

Our client are a leading PMC organisation with offices across the globe. They are seeking a Senior Resident Engineer with experience of Theme park projects.

The position will report to the Senior Project Manager for Civil construction and oversee the Contractor on the project.

Job Description/ Role of the Senior Resident Engineer – Theme Park

  • The role will Liaise with the Construction Manager, Resident Engineer’s, Authorities, Contractor’s or Consultants who interface with the project.
  • Assumes the role of the Engineer’s Delegate in administering the Contract Administration.
  • Ensures sections of works are constructed as per contract requirements.
  • Reviews Contractor submissions and shop drawings, and responds to the Contractors request for information.• Preparation and presentation of Progress reports. As well as recording works completed.
  • Liaison with the commercial management and planning engineering teams.

Role Summary:

Role Summary:

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. The position works with the Sales leadership team in driving key initiatives and helping the Flowserve to achieve its goals and maximize sales bookings and opportunity pipelines. The SSR will use data as a strategic asset to provide decision support, accurate planning of sales quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting and efficiency analysis.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Manage the health, safety and environmental arrangements for the project against the Project HSEQ Management System requirements, to ensure the protection of site people.
  • Manage HSE Inspectors to ensure they are monitoring the implementation of health and safety arrangements at project site level, in accordance with legal and client requirements.
